Very clean. Good size room and clean swimming pool. Nice, helpful staff. Close to local shops and restaurants. Good base for visiting Naples and Pompei. We have rented a car and travelled around a lot.

The shower head did not give very good water pressure.

We chose this hotel as it close to Acquapark Free Time. Our daughter really enjoyed the water slides in the water park. The hotel staff was really friendly and we really liked staying there.

That the waterpark was fully booked during the weekend.

The breakfast was continental

It sad to say, but NOTHING. The air conditioning in common facilities was switched off or it is not even installed!! The heat was ~34 degrees outside. The owner changed the mattresses into harder ones when we asked for it before arrival. They tried to communicate in English, but finally they stopped doing that and talked in Italian all the time. Disrespectful. The son if the owners helped with English. But the feeling that you can not get answers and help when you need it and have to wait, was not OK.

VERY OLD FACILITIES, VERY OLD. The air conditioning in common facilities was switched off or it is not even installed!! The heat was ~34 degrees outside. The air conditioning in the breakfast hall does not even exist. I do not imagine the quality of food :-( The furniture was broken and fixed with a SCOTCH TAPE!!! The toilleterry given was 7pc “hair&body wash” for 2 persons for 7 days!!!! it was never ever reffiled, never. The toilet paper was reffiled on the 3rd day of our stay and never reffiled again. Though, they entered our rooms other days later on. The most terrible thing was to enter our rooms (we had 4 rooms in total) when we were not in a hotel and to switch off the air conditioning! The shower is sooooo tiny that my husband had to lean to the wall to open the door to leave it. The shelves in the bathroom were that high installed, that if you put anything on it, you just can not see what is on it. And terrible breakfast. I know, I know: italians do not have good breakfast, but even coffee was the poorest quallity. Some mornings we bought our own breakfast. The shower towels are very old. And- the nearest metro station is ~3,8 km away!! We skipped this information before booking the hotel, so it was a loss of money. Many many many things “fixed” with a scitch tape :-(

the housekeeping was great, very clean

it was very, very, very cold in the hotel. breakfast was only some croissants and coffee, not a usual breakfast. front desk doest speak English at all but tried to help.
