The location is excellent because it is just a few steps from Duomo metro station, in a walking distance from the central railway station, close to Porta Nolana (train to Pompei and Sorrento), Alibus stop (from and to the airport) and the port. Of course you can reach the historic center on foot. The room is very clean and we appreciated that cleaning services were provided daily. The hostess is very polite, helpful and ready to provide the basic info for the city. The breakfast is filling and delicious (but mainly with sweets, no eggs included) and every day a big croissant-roll waits for you. We spent 5 nights there and we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

The kitchen and the breakfast room are just next door with the rooms so there is a bit noise early in the morning.

I would describe this b&b as simple accommodation done to a high standard. Its a typical Italian apartment divided up into 6 rooms I think, the owner does not live on site so more a tiny hotel. Our room looked brand new with a lovely bathroom. Its situation is right in the centre and we walked everywhere we needed to go. The hotel is situated inside a larger building so its a little difficult to find but the owner does contact you on watsapp before you arrive. She was the loveliest owner I have ever encountered and was so very helpful. It was spotless and a fridge in the room too.

A clear sign on the outer door would be helpful.

Good location. Plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store across the street. Close to airport - 15 minute taxi. Clean comfortable rooms. Good air conditioning and water pressure. Had decent soundproofing. Good for one or two nights. Might be too small for longer stays where you need to spread out clothes and toiletries. Small common area with tables. Hot water kettle for tea and instant coffee. Lovely hosts and very accommodating.

The breakfast begins at 8:30am which was too late for us. The night before, the owners gave us packaged pastries and yogurt to accommodate us for the morning we had to leave. Which was thoughtful. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine in common area.

Great location, close to the metro and within walking distance of several attractions. It's also near the Alibus stop for the airport, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are extremely comfortable, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is excellent, offering both sweet and savory options, including ham and everything you could ask for. Each day, there’s a different Neapolitan specialty, which made the experience even more special. Our stay was truly enjoyable! Antonella and Valeria are wonderful hosts—not only did they meet all our requests, but they also helped us plan our visit to Naples and Pompeii. Thank you so much for your kindness! We were only here for a short visit, essentially just to spend one night before going to the Naples airport early the next morning, but our host was lovely. The check-in process was very easy with clear instructions. Though we didn't have much time to explore the neighborhood, she provided great recommendations on where to walk for dinner options as well as pertinent information for breakfast at the B&B the next morning. She also scheduled a taxi for us in the morning to get to the airport on time, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was filling and delicious with a choice of croissant (chocolate, pistachio, plain, etc) to go with the other food

The hospitality of our host was exceptional. They prepare amazing breakfast and tried to make our stay as comfortable as they could. The room was big enough and cosy, very clean and nice bathroom. Location is great, 5 min to bus stop to airport, port and old part of Naples. 15 min walk to train station. Clear instructions given for check in as we arrived 21.00. We were able to leave our suitcases for half a day after check out which saved us hassle of looking for storage. I can definitely recommend B&B al Duomo to everybody.

Everything was perfect

I felt like home. Valeria and her sister were amazing! I cannot recommend this accommodation enough! Breakfast was good and they were very accommodating when I had to travel early some mornings, they would put out some things for me so I had something to take with me, and always left the kettle full of water, so I was able to drink tea late at night. They gave great advice of places to visit, and were very responsive to msgs. The room was pretty large for European accommodations in my opinions. The area was good, a couple of family run restaurants, a grocery less than 2 mins away, and you can walk to the Duomo, the main streets, museums etc all within 12 minutes. I hope to return to Naples with my mom and stay at this accommodation again!

First of all, everything was extremely clean - room, bathroom, towels. Good air conditioning, very comfortable bed. Room pretty big with a lot of spaces for personal items / clothes. Last but not least, the kindness of Valeria and the ladies who were in charge with property administration - very helpful, they gave multiple instructions regarding our options to go to airport. Even if we stayed only a night and left extremely early in the morning, we had our breakfast in the room - the ladies gave us all the products in advance, after our check in.

Nice room. Parking at the building. Friendly owners. Excellent coffee and delicious sweets at the bar for breakfast (if you need breakfast before the time they serve it).

The water flow in the bath is weak. The offices of the owners are in the same apartment, so the atmosphere is not very cozy b&b style at the facility. The owner arrives at the building on 0830, which is bad in case leaving early with the car as the parking exit cannot be opened earlier. Furthermore, Breakfast is served not earlier than 0830. We needed it earlier so we got a voucher for the bar downstairs for coffee and a sweet pastry so no real food but tasty.

I booked this B&B, because it had such excellent reviews here. And I have to confirm these are fully warranted. The B&B is situated on the 2nd floor of a residential building. It is about 70 stairs but there is also a lift (I only used it once and I did not have to pay anything, though there is a money machine inside). The area around is fine, there is a supermarket in the same street and a lot of shops and restaurants. The B&B has 4 rooms. I had a standard one facing the courtyard (the other ones face a quiet street). The room looked even better than in pictures here, I had the impression it was brand new. It is decorated with taste and sense for details, it is absolutely clean. The same applies to the bathroom. There is an air-conditioning (useful in winter, it heats the room) and a fridge. There is also a kettle in the breakfast room that can be used to have coffe/tea (available). For breakfast, there are two options: a) rich breakfast served at 8.30 and b) cappuccino and croissant (cornetto) picked up from the bar opposite the hotel. I am used to having a simple breakfast quote early, so I mostly went for the second option. Yet, for anyone enjoying bigger breakfasts, the first option is to be recommended, as everything the sisters brought was excellent (I especially loved the bread!). That brings me to the two sisters running the B&B, Valeria and Antonella. They are really nice and kind, it is visible they care about the guests. The communication was swift and easy, they kindly checked me in at 12.00 already (greatly appreciated, I had the whole afternoon for the city), they served me coffee upon arrival (again greatly appreciated, as I had to get up at 5am on that day to catch the flight), they explained everything about the B&B and Napoli, they gave me various tips and, also, a small present when I was leaving. I really enjoyed my stay at this B&B and I will for sure be back.

Nothing that I would dislike . Just a suggestion - it might be nice to have a microwave in the breakfast room (I twice brought pizza for dinner and I would have liked to warm it up). But that was no major issue.
