Having a kitchen was wonderful and really helped with the budget. We were able to make breakfast at home. The location is great. Very close to the ferry to hop to the islands, or the train if you're using that. Close to the historical center, a bit further from the shopping center/mall, but was a manageable walk or we used the subway quite a bit also. Great AC, and the WiFi was also very good. I saw the router right by our room so I'm not sure how it compares to the other rooms. We stayed in the one with the cool mismatched tile in the kitchen. Also the owner was very nice and made things easy for us.

Three things were on the bad side. The shower was not good. The water pressure was hard then soft then hard. Also the hot water was almost non existent. Showers go from hot to very cold back to hot and to cold again. We would turn the water off to lather then back on and wait for hot or warm water. Also the bed is very very firm. You may like that but for me it was a painful sleep. All in all the good drastically outweigh the negatives.

We were very happy with our stay at Agorà. The property was located in the historic centre but on a quiet street. There was not a single moment that we felt remotely unsafe in the property. There is a door at the entrance of the building and Agorà is on the third floor, with an extra security door which was accessible by a code given to us by the hostess. After entering the property, the corridors also had security cameras, so it felt extra safe. Although the area around the property was quiet, it is only a 5-10 minutes' walk from the busy part of the centre, with all the little shops and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries just a couple of steps from the property. The metro station and bus station are also just a couple of minutes away on foot. So, location-wise, it was ideal. As far as the room is concerned, it was very spacious and clean. It was like a small studio apartment, with a bedroom area which had a spacious closet and a working desk, and a small kitchen with appliances (a cooker, a coffee machine and a small fridge). There was also a table near the window where you can enjoy your breakfast, a cup of coffee etc. The bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. Shampoo and body wash were also provided, as well as a hair drier. The bed was very comfortable, although when we first sat on the mattress seemed a bit hard and we were worried that we might not be comfortable. But we did not face any issues at all and we enjoyed a good night's sleep every night. Our hostess, Alessandra, was very kind and helpful. The property has a self check-in system, but she provided detailed information about the process and was always available to answer any questions via text. Although there was no cleaning service provided during our stay, she allowed us to take fresh towels from the linen closet whenever we needed some. She really seems to care about providing the best experience possible to her guests and we really appreciated her help.

The only small negative thing we noticed was that the water in the shower took some time to go away. However, it is important to remember that the buildings in the historic centre are old and this is to be expected. It really wasn't an issue for us.

It was a great stay for 8 nights. The room was spacious and very nice. I loved the view from the balcony! The kitchen was well equipped so it was possible to make a dinner at home. The coffee machine worked as well. We really felt like at home 😍 The area is safe and nice, filled with great cafes, restaurants and there is a supermarket nearby. The apartment is near Piazza Garibaldi and Porta Nolana, so you can easily travel by train to other places nearby Naples. There was a possibility to leave our luggage during the last day! I greatly recommend this host 😍

Very good owner / manager, even though we have not met personally, we felt properly serviced, all the information received, quick responses on all questions for touristic reasons perfect location close to duomo metro station, train station Napoli Porta Nolana is less than 15 minutes walking, all major tourist attraction within walking distance or easy to acces with public transport, airport bus stop 5 minutes walking in Piazza Pisacane, silent apartment (as for big city as Napoli),

Alessandra was wonderful -her extra personal help was appreciated and she completed it with a generous smile. We enjoyed many aspects of the apartment - the balcony for breakfast, beautiful shower, high security, close to everything and the easy directions to find and enter the apartment. After 5 days we did not need to use the Netflix TV because Napoli provided so much both night and day. The apartment simply enhanced our Napoli stay.

A microwave would be helpful!

The location is 20 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the cathedral and 10 minutes from the wharf where the ferries leave. Therefore, it is a good location for people who want to explore Naples and the surrounding area. The room, despite its location in the very center, is quiet. The cleanliness of the premises is good. Towels, toiletries etc. provided in sufficient quantities. The area seemed safe. The hosts are very nice and provide information and help.

Felt instantly comfortable walking into the apartment. Very clean, functional rooms with all necessary basic amenities. Felt very safe once inside the building. The host Alessandra was friendly, helpful and prompt and kept checking on us till we made it to the property. The instructions shared by her were very clear & easy to follow. The area where the property is - relatively cleaner and calmer compared to other areas in Naples. Though it was deserted as we reached the property around 10 PM.

The decoration in the corridor, the clean and comfortable bed room, the well equipped kitchen, the clean toilet are so well maintained and I found the flower pot in the dining table makes a guest feel good. The host was always reachable in whatsapp and so helpful. You will get everything you want for a comfortable stay. That's because, I suppose, the host paid attention to the minute details while designing and maintaining the property. Its indeed like a home away from home! I was been to a conference in the university and I checked with many guests about their stay and find probably my accommodation was the cheapest and best comfortable one! Very near to the station and bus stop and in a place with so many restaurants and shops just few steps walking away. The host helped to book taxi and many other things/suggestions that made my stay pleasant.

There is a procedure to enter to the room, three locks to be opened. One main gate of the building complex, 2nd after the elevator to enter the property and third, the room. And I guess the owner of the property is not always there or live somewhere else. Now for a new guest its tricky unless he/she can contact the owner over phone to know how to open the locks (digital that works with pass number too, apart from the key). This may be a problem for guest (like me) who travelled from the other part of the world without phone/internet connections. Its better to inform the about the procedure before arrival. Only thing missing in the bathroom was a toothbrush/ toothpaste. And may be a slipers.

Amazing location, safe building for a solo female traveler. Super central near the main train station (can walk but can also take the underground), and also few steps from an underground stop. Near a grocery store and many restaurants too. Room has everything you need. Host is incredibly kind and helpful. Bed is comfortable etc etc. Having shared laundry was great too

A drying rack would be great to dry clothes after washing!

Very friendly and welcoming host. We arrived late in the evening, but that didn't cause any problems with check-in; the instructions were very detailed and precise. On departure, she allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment until the evening flight. The "Maisonette" apartment is bright and clean, exactly as pictured. High ceilings and large windows that look out onto a quiet street. The external blinds can be lowered with the push of a button. Excellent location. The main tourist sites are easily accessible by foot, though the Duomo metro station is nearby for longer distances.

The beds were uncomfortable and too hard, but that's subjective. As in most places in Naples, the apartment, bathroom especially, is quite humid and cold due to insufficient heating (or no heating at all), but this would not be a problem in the hot season.
