Extremely friendly staff especially the people working at breakfast! Rooms and common areas were very clean and tidy. Good location near the marina and beach.

It wasn't clear when we made the booking that there was a surcharge for the pool. The beach was very close so we spent our time there instead but as a family if we would have stayed longer we would probably wanted to spend more time at the pool which costs extra.

Staff are lovely Room very clean Location perfect a short bus ride to Vito Nice beach and restaurants Hotel has a pool and as mentioned they charge to use it which is crazy and I have suggested they change their policy on this There is a restaurant at the hotel but we don’t eat there Breakfast ok lots of sweat things and some fruit We loved our stay thank you

Staff were amazing. Lovely and really helpful, no request was enough, and we did ask a lot. Food for dinner was really delicious, best we had the whole stay in Italy! Nice view of Vesuvius from a couple of the rooms. Breakfast very full and fresh. So so close to the lovely harbour. Can book a bed at the beach club, 5min walk, for €12 if you want a sea view whilst you tan. It's a 20min walk to the train, up the road (fastest) or path to Vico Equense (longer), but there are also buses. Boats to Capri and Amalfi direct.

The location which helped us reach the beach & the Promenada in 1 minute. The room was clean & spacious and so was the bathroom. The entire hotel shines of cleanliness and the Team is very focused on this. The private parking place in front of the hotel & the terrace are definitely a big bonus! The Hotel Team - starting from Reception .. Breakfast area and cleaning .. is doing a great job!

Nothing negative!

This is a lovely, small, family run hotel. The staff could not have been any more lovely or helpful. We had an issue in our first room and they changed us as soon as they could and did everything possible to make the one night we did stay in there more comfortable. Breakfast is a varied continental breakfast, fairly standard for a European hotel and constantly topped up. They even make individual machine coffees if requested. The pool is lovely and we never met more than one other family there so pretty much had our own space the whole time. There is a hotel shuttle to and from the closest train station which is incredibly helpful. There are set times, but if there were no other people using it, they were incredibly flexible and ran us up and down at times that suited us. The train is super easy to use and goes to all of the coastal towns, Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples The beach is only a few minutes walk with boat rental and trips to Capri easily accessible. I highly recommend hiring a boat with a skipper to take you around the bays. We loved it so much, we did it twice. There are a lot of restaurants on the waterfront with gorgeous views and delicious food.

Only thing I'd advise is to try and get a room with a balcony. This made it a lot easier to dry wet beach towels and bathers. But other than that, I can't fault the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel, but I wich I'd rented a car. One way in a taxi to the airport was £150. A car was about £140 for the week so it would have been cheaper to get a car and leave it at the hotel. I was put off hiring a car as one review said it was a small windy road down to the hotel. In my opinion, it was windy, but not small, or difficult to drive.

Pasquale and his staff were hospital and friendly, going the extra mile to pick us up from the train station, bring drinks to the pool and make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is newly renovated and it is beautiful. We loved the rooms with patios, the pool deck and the outdoor lounge. The wifi is great everywhere and the breakfast was soooo good. We’d highly recommend this hotel.

It was a bit of a walk up to the town but the beach and marina are right around the corner.

The staff was amazing ! From the first moment we stepped in the reception the gentleman at the desk was super nice, explained everything we needed to know and at breakfast (great breakfast by the way) another gentleman gave us advice for nice places to go and was super nice as well. I recommend it at 100% !

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, which I truly appreciated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — they assisted us with any information we needed and always made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Our 4-bed room had a nice terrace. The room was spacious just enough. We liked the lobby and also the pool with the sunbeds was great. All the personnel was helpful and always kind. Breakfast and dinners were tasteful.

We had ants in a bathroom and on the terrace, which was probably a big concern for the hotel for a long time. When they sprayed them, it was better for a while.

We had a spectacular stay at this hotel. This hotel offers everything you need for a good, relaxed and well organized stay. The rooms are very clean and the towels are replaced everyday. The best part of this hotel is the fact that all the members of the staff are really really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty. The shuttle of the hotel takes you to the center of Vico Equense from where you can take the train to Sorrento, Napoli, Pompei. At a 100 m walk from the hotel several boat tours to Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and Capri depart. At 100 m walk from the hotel, in de harbour, you will find a few restaurants. The pool of the hotel is relaxed and clean.
