This hotel exceeded our expectations for our honeymoon! The location could not have been more perfect. The hotel was incredibly clean, well maintained, full of amenities, with gorgeous views, and incredibly nice staff. The beach and views were amazing and it had everything we needed. We loved the location because it's a short train ride to Naples, Pompeii, and Sorrento but you're away from the big crowds of places like Sorrento. It felt like a more local vibe in Vico Equense while still giving us everything we wanted such as places to shop for wine at night and great restaurants. There's a giant hill to get from the hotel to the town but the bus runs every 30 minutes and it's super easy to use, the bus stop is right outside the hotel and when the bus comes you just walk on and pay using coins or bills. The bus will take you to the train stop in town and from there you can easily get to anywhere you want to go. The ferry also will pick you up right next to the hotel and we did that to go to Capri for the day, just get your tickets online and wait for the ferry on the dock. The entire resort has the most amazing view of Mount Vesuvius and we will never forget how gorgeous that view was, it was like being in a ferry tale. The breakfast each morning at the hotel was amazing too, it was a massive spread of pastries, eggs, meats, fresh breads, yogurts with all the toppings, fresh fruit, fresh juices, a full cafe where they ask you what you want to drink as soon as you arrive. The beach though was the best part for us and it by far beats anywhere else you could stay because most places in this area including Sorrento don't have a normal beach like this where you just walk out of your hotel and you're on the beach (most have super long stairs you have to walk down from a cliff in order to get to a tiny little beach or a dock to swim i.e., a 30 minute walk up/down hill at other hotels).

There wasn't anything we didn't like! If we had to search for one thing to complain about it would be the shower was a little on the small size but that wasn't a problem at all because we're used to going on cruises which have even smaller showers! Everything was amazing at this hotel.

Many thanks to ALL the staff, super nice & willing to help with everything hotel & non-hotel related. Breakfast & cleaning staff also do a fantastic job. Free shuttle is great for getting into town, local bus available too. Special thanks to the masseuse for doing a wonderful job on my wife, she could see that there was old trauma there & made her feel so much better! The wellness centre is definitely a bonus!

Great hotel that's still got some original features that make it look a little tired. Mattress in one room was good but the other less so, important for people with back problems. Big venue can be maze like getting around. Main pool at end of season likely closed due to lack of lifeguard.

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the Amalfi Coast. We hired a car from Naples and stayed here for the second part of our trip. Parking is free at the hotel, left the car there and explored over three days by train or boat. We were allowed to check in early, use the facilities and after we checked out, we stayed on and used the facilities until we left for the airport later in the day. Brilliant location in a beautiful marina, good transport links including a boat to Capri from the pontoon by the Hotel, and wonderful attentive staff.

Other than breakfast, we didn’t eat at the hotel as we ate in other eateries in the local Marina & Sorrento. Didn’t seem like there was anything wrong, just our preference to get out and about.

The property was wonderful we had a two bedroom apartment. The staff were amazing and the staff running the breakfast each day were kind friendly and professional.

The fact that only one swimming pool is available for families. A pool that is seawater and no shallow end completely inappropriate for children and families. We paid full price but couldn’t use the wellness centre facilities (four pools) apart from one day ! We met a couple who said it was only busy in one day the rest of the time was empty. You need to rethink your policy. We come away to spend time with our child not put them in a club and then go to the spa. We pay the same as others yet didn’t get to use them. Or does one parent use the wellness centre whilst the other parent looks after the child. You need to rethink. Open the pool everyday even if just for 3 hours late afternoon etc.

The hotel staff were excellent. Great hotel for families. Should make sure room is suitable for elderly grandparents so they don't have to climb stairs. Breakfast was fantastic with great staff ready to refill your coffee. The wellness pools were great and our kid enjoyed the tennis court. Great views at night over the Harbour. The only thing is that dinner timings were a bit difficult to guess as options were limited in mid April and we didn't know where to go for a quick meal. Had we asked, I'm sure the front desk could have made some recommendations. Overall, excellent quality.

LOCATED ON THE WATER, THE VIEW WAS VERY LOVELY. GREAT RESTAURANT A FEW STEPS AWAY (MUSTAFA) IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TREK INTO TOWN. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMPLE AND HAD GLUTEN FREE CHOICES! GRAZIE SALVATORE. THE FRONT DESK WAS AWESOME! SHOUTOUT TO VALENTINA, ANNA, CIRO, GIUSEPPE AND EVERYONE ELSE. THEY WERE SUPERB. THEY ARRANGED TAXI PICKUPS, RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS, AND EVEN HAD A WORKER DRIVE US UP THE LONG HILL TO THE TRAIN STATION WHEN THE SHUTTLE WAS BROKEN. ONCE UP IN TOWN, EASY TO JUMP ON THE TRAIN TO SORRENTO--TAKING A TAXI THERE IS VERY EXPENSIVE! THE HOT WATER FOR SHOWER WAS GREAT AFTER WALKING ALL DAY.

IF THE SHUTTLE IS BROKEN, YOU HAVE TO RELY ON THE BUS (AN HOUR LATE) OR GET A TAXI. THE SHUTTLE IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE SO IF IT IS FULL, YOU'RE OT OF LUCK! BE MINDFUL OF SHUTTLE NOT IN SERVICE FOR AFTERNOON HOURS. THE SHOWER SITUATION PRODUCED A LOT OF WATER ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. CHIPPED TILES AROUND THE ROOM.

We needed a beach break after what has been an exhausting 3 weeks travelling through Europe. The location was spectacular and affordable - Sorrento without the price tag!! The staff go over and above to make sure you are comfortable and feel welcomed. Amalfi boats are right on the doorstep and the breakfast was excellent.

Nothing really - all was really good. Just be mindful that this is very much a beach resort so you may end up in a 90s themed family room or if travelling as a couple the rooms are renovated

The staff were brilliant, all spoke fluent English and were extremely helpful with all our questions. They allowed us to check in a few hours early. The complimentary breakfast each morning was more than sufficient to get us started for the day. The selection of pools on site was plenty - we didn’t get to enjoy them all over our short stay. The views are incredible, and the outside dining terrace offers stunning Italian food and drinks at a sensible price. The location is great - It’s a short drive into Sorrento Town and well placed to explore Amalfi Coast, Capri, Naples and Pompeii. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle bus to the train station.

They advise that the private beach shuts at 6pm. Some days we were allowed to stay there longer into the evening, some days we were told that we couldn’t access the beach again after dinner.

Loved the hotel room. We paid for the panoramic views with the balcony on the 3rd floor. Amazing views of the sea and square. Sound of the waves every night and morning. The pool was refreshing, saline water. The jacuzzi was amazing. Staff were friendly. Towels and slippers provided. Also, beach towels. The reception staff were wonderful.

Not much choice on the restaurant menu. The cafe also had limited choice. Both provided the same menus with no variation. A lot of fried food. Rice salad, green salad mozzarella, and tomatoe salad. We couldn't use the bath as the plug wouldn't stay in. The shower head needed cleaning. The ants were everywhere. The various areas closed down by 6pm. Apart from the restaurant.

The hotel is in a very pleasant location with a beach and a pool. We stayed in the two-bedroom bungalow. The hotel staff is super friendly and organized our boat trip to spend the day on the island of Capri. The boat departs and returns from the pier adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the drinks and dinner at the restaurant were also great. From there, we could easily explore Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello in our own car.
