The room was very nice, good air conditioning. Nice bathroom and towels provided. The breakfast was croissants and toast in the room which was perfect for us. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room which was nice as well as the shared kitchen. The host was very helpful and always replied fast.

Location is a bit out of the way of sorrento which we were planning to be our base. There is buses but we found this a bit of a hassle. There isn’t much to do in the little town except for a small beach. However the location is good value for money and is accessible once you are willing to wait for buses.

We had a perfect stay here! It was so nice being located in this little town, with a grocery store just a step away and a beautiful view from the main square. There are good restaurants around (2minutes away at Ma Cha Bonja, great pizza for a great price) the train station is only a 3 minute walk, and the beach is a 20 minutes walk down hill. The host was so lovely and friendly, and made us feel at home! The room had everything we needed, and a small breakfast and snacks were provided to us in the room as well as having access to the kitchen shared with only one other room. Would definitely stay here again!

Only small issue was on the second night the other room was booked, and sound travelled pretty well through the vents so there was some noise at night

This property was perfect for our first trip to Italy. The owner Patrizia was one of the most friendly and inviting hosts we could have asked for, providing every amenity required for cooking, cleaning and living. Externally, the location was perfect. Vico Equense is nestled between the bustling city of Naples and the tourist hotspot of Sorrento, providing a comfortable and authentic stay, with beautiful views and blue seas away from the noise of the outside world.

Sometimes the main gate to the property was left unlocked, however there are two locked doors between this and your own room. This is absolutely no fault of the owner as you can’t expect them to check a gate 24/7

We loved the location.. there was a choice of great restaurants and a great local shop within 5 minutes walk.. The train station was only 500m away and there was a road/ path right down to the little harbour with its restaurants etc We liked the room..the beds were comfortable and the shower room was modern. It was well decorated in a seaside theme with loads of storage space.There was also a good sized TV. There was a kettle and a microwave and a coffee machine (that Patrizia the owner had to search out a replacement for ) and a fridge as well.,, And the owner provided coffee, tea, croissants as well as jam, honey to put on them.

The shower screen was a bit tired.. which was a shame because the shower room was really great otherwise!

So convenient! Right next door is an Italian style deli and mini market with everything you could possibly need. Across the road a great little tabachi for coffee and cornetto (the cannoli was soooo great!) and an Aperol Spritz and snacks in the afternoon!

The property is nice and cozy. The host, Patricia gave us clear instructions and was responsive and helpful. Overall we had a comfortable stay

The breakfast could be improved to include something fresh instead of only packaged products

The three of us had a great evening at Patrizia's place. The rooms are clean and tidy. We were quite happy with the place and we had a good night's sleep. The stay is only a few minutes walk from train station and that made it very convenient. There are grocery shops and restaurants just outside of the stay, so we didn't have to wander around to find food or drinks. Above all, we liked view from Seiano, especially the sunset. I would love to visit the place again.

It was spacious and clean. Our host was very informative and helpful for check in.

The breakfast was not very tasty. The coffee was nice but the packaged bread and biscuits was not good. Maybe could try some cereal, yoghurt and or fruit.

Wonderful owner and wonderful room! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay here again. It was such a lovely experience and good value for money :)

The space was comfortable and clean. Patrizia also was very nice and careful. The location is good, very close to the train station.
