Beautiful contemporary re-imagined old Convent. Wonderful views. Away from “it” all. However by far the best thing about this romantic hotel is the warmth of each and every single person who works there. They are like one happy family who display a sense of pride in their surroundings and work. From the Team of hard working Ladies who manage everything from Reception showing patience to make your holiday special- to the diligent team of impressive room cleaners - the Team of sincere and smiling Dining Room Staff who are relaxed yet “on their toes” serving succulent food from a kitchen that has a deep knowledge about fine food - Porters - knowledgeable Gardeners and Barmen - in fifty years of travelling in the finest regions Europe has to offer - These individuals come together bringing joy to travellers whose eyes are open and make this lovely location one of my favourites. Hiring a car is important in this location. If like us you are prepared to take on the adventure of driving the Amalfi Coast then … this property has all you need and is great value for money

The pool was amazing, great way to cool off in the high temperatures. The bar overlooking the pool with the panoramic vista was incredible as was breakfast and dinner sat on the terrace with the expansive view in front of you. Our private terrace was an added bonus. The complimentary Prosecco on our first night was a lovely touch.

The location in terms of the general surrounding area was a bit undesirable and not quite what we were expecting. Seiano train station was very run down and a real eye sore although the trains to Sorrento and Pompeii were efficient. The accumulating piles of rubbish on the walk to the hotel Pizzeria and on the footpath to Seiano were very unpleasant to look at considering we were staying at a 5 star hotel.

Rooms and hotel grounds were beautiful and very clean. Lovely buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice.

The location can be quite challenging, however they do provide a free shuttle. Drinks in the bar are very expensive. Even though it’s a 5 star hotel, based on its location, we found their prices very high. The cocktails were more expensive than in a trendy bar on the beach in Amalfi. No gym or fitness centre.

Beautiful location, fantastic staff, beautiful room, beautiful property, great restaurants

The only “issues” we had with the room were: -there was no real shower in our room. We had only a bathtub with a handheld shower which was rather awkward, but we made it work. -The hairdryer was great, but you had to hold the button down the entire time you were using it. This was an annoyance. Obviously, both of these are first world problems, but at least worth mentioning.

The property is amazing, gorgeous views and amenities. Huge underground parking included in the room fee, with valet parking. The restaurant has a terrace with gorgeous views, beautiful infinity swimming pool and cute bar, which we did not use, but did visit and loved. They also have a great rooftop for sunbathing. We stayed in one of the remodeled / updated suites and it was so comfortable and beautifully designed!

Maybe they just need to refresh or update the frontdesk and the restaurant, but nothing that’s important or that affects in any way.

Very luxurious, exceeding expectations. We had a lovely stay here, and even extended it for an additional night. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Free parking with valet service. Amazing breakfast with a view. We tried all 3 restaurants, and we highly recommend them. Cleaning service impeccable. AC working perfectly. Slippers and bathrobes in the rooms. Great pool with amazing views. We got local pasta as a gift, which was a nice touch. Great sommelier at the restaurant, we loved the wine recommendations.

Loved the stay, great location & staff were always so helpful & nice. The facilities were always well cleaned.

Partner & I were both extremely disappointed with the massage. €100 each in a hotel like this - we didn’t expect it to squeezed into a spare room & the masseuse didn’t have much care & seemed like she was going through the motions. Didn’t wipe the oil off me either.

This hotel is for sure one of my favorite I’ve visited. The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. The restaurants and service are top!! The hotel has a cozy pool with an amazing view. Also the bar provides a stunning sunset view on their terrace. Location is perfect, 10 mins walk from the train station. The hotel provides a regular shuttle service. A path leads to the Bay Area were you find a rental boat service and various restaurants. There’s is a little supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel too. I find that important as you never know when you’re in need of snacks ;-).

the barman Raffy was exceptional he was friendly funny and nothing was too much hassle for him he genuinely couldn’t have made our stay any better

the fact they wanted to keep your car key for security unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable
