Location was great. Rooms tidy and very comfortable!

Very unsettling entrance to the property almost abandoned like. False advertisement with the infinity pool. This was a 30 minute incline walk to a separate apartment block in the hills. Host was neither here nor there. Could not tell if he was meant to be a constant figure. Unable to check out as no staff were available. Overall just a bit of an odd set up… is it a hotel or an apartment? Did not like the fact the Jacuzzi was monitored by CCTV

Location and fabulous host, exceptional. In the restaurant of the same company we had one of the best pizzas we ever had.

Not the greatest view but wasn’t a problem. We didn’t use the jacuzzi either but we did use the private pool and cocktail bar a 5 minute drive away. All the the staff were brilliant

Paola is very accommodating and helpful. She not only sorted us transport but also gave great reccomendations. More so the rooms were spotless, easily accessible

Lovely property in the centre of the town. The town is beauty and a really authentic Italian experience. The owners were really lovely and made our honeymoon extra special

Very nice room and very friendly host! The host offered a 10% discount on their restaurant and the pizza and steak there are really delicious 🤤. Things in the room are of high quality and give a comfortable feeling when you stay there. The location is convenient and there is a car park just beside the hotel and you don’t need to worry about where to park living in such a hotel. The host is really helpful and she drove us to get to our car and introduced the whole hotel to us. There will be a jacuzzi on the top of the hotel in summer. And really wished we came in summer and not March, will definitely come back in summer!

While booking, we had not understood that the swimming pool was at a 2 km drive. But this pool was splendid with a beautiful view, so we had a great afternoon there.

It is in the centre of the town and Jacuzzi is at the top of the Don Ciulio, giving us 360 views.

There was just one croissant in the breakfast which is not enoug. But it is provided near the hotel in a beautiful restaurant. We need to buy extra but price is cheap.

No safe place to put luggage on check out day whilst we spent the last day exploring we could only leave our luggage on the staircase, it would have been much better if there was a location check out guests could store there baggage safely.

no pool just a jacuzzi on rooftop terrace although the owners also have another property with a great infinity pool and facilities… they drove us to use it for a day

The building is lovely, the rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is great, and the staff were polite and helpful.

We didn’t use the outside area as you have to pay and I felt it was quite expensive considering the price of the room, however, this seems to be the norm in the Sorrento area
