The staff were exceptional! There was nothing that wasn't a challenge and they were easy to communicate with via whatsapp prior to our arrival. The wellness spa with sauna and a swim is allocated for one hour (per room) and was a wonderful experience. The room and view is incredible, for us it was well worth the value/price. The plunge pool is ambient temperature however in May we found that the evening sun heated it perfectly. The sun set and it was comfortable even at 10pm. Breakfast is a must to eat on the deck!

We only found space for one night, we would have loved to stay longer. Consider staying more than one night to get the real benefit of the stay. The curtains provide privacy between rooms, however they are very transparent so if you're comfortable being naked just know that people will see the outline easily! You can hear everyone's conversation and some rooms were playing music but we didn't let that bother us. Please do your research on where you might like to eat dinner if you choose not to eat with the hotel (offsite). Sorrento is not as close as we thought it would be and you may find yourself short on dinner options!

Crazy hotel! From the moment we entered until the moment we left there we were taken care of for everything. The staff was lovely and helpful, gave recommendations and helped with any odd request we had along the way. Highly recommended and of course I must mention its stunning design and perfect location. Ten out of ten and I would give more if I could

I absolutely loved this hotel the scenery from the balcony was so unbelievable. It was a short walk from the beach that wasn’t too crowded as compared to Positano. The staff were so nice and helpful always communicated effectively over WhatsApp anytime I needed anything. Even when arriving at meta station there was no Ubers and they sent for a driver immediately. The room and bed was outrageously comfortable and clean I think I can live there forever. The view is literally a billion dollar view.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple’s break and honestly, the entire experience was flawless. Waking up to that view alone is enough to want to stay forever but that, coupled with the impeccable service made it even harder to leave. The staff are so friendly, they use WhatsApp to contact you and bring you breakfast at a time of your choice, they could not do enough for us! If you’re hesitating about staying here, you won’t be disappointed if you book, trust me. We hope to visit Italy again one day and we’ll absolutely be staying here again when we do! Thank you all so much for making our stay so special.

Nothing! Meta is a much less touristy place to stay but only a few minutes on the train to Sorrento, so we loved having the best of both worlds!

It was amazing stay. The rooms are beautiful, waking up everywhere morning that that beautiful ocean view and sunrise. Breakfast in bead or balcony. One of the best hotels stays I ever been to. But what made it even better was Luigi and front desk staff. He was amazing answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. I will definitely be back

Everything perfect

Spent a few nights here after our wedding Sorrento. It was the perfect place to chill out and reflect. The staff couldn’t do more for us and made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was amazing and so much variety. Also the best nights sleep we’ve had!

The location was stunning, the room was very clean and comfortable. The stay was great but it was the staff who made it exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they helped us with booking trips and timetables. Thank you!

Super attentive staff…nothing was impossible! Delicious breakfasts and views to die for! A perfect respite away from the chaos of the Amalfi Coast towns.

Wellness water was a little chilly and chlorinated. Nothing else!

The property was absolutely stunning. The room stunning location was stunning. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. 

The Jacuzzi to the room was unfortunately cold.
