Me and my fiancée stayed for four nights. Location is great as we went to day trips to pompei, south coast villages, sorrento & Capri. - kind in the middle of them all. The resort itself is beautiful and very well tended the garden is amazing, and so is the view. Very peaceful place, staff are very nice and ready to help when ever needed. The room met our expectations & is cleaned daily. Pool looked amazing, breakfast was good coffee was excellent and they have bar services through out the day for very reasonable prices. We truly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend Sopramare any day to anyone. Thanks again!

The property is set in stunning gardens with a fabulous view of the bay. The pool is absolutely beautiful. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. This place is ideally located for getting into anywhere you may want to visit as the train station is a 10 min walk. What we did like is that you can chose wether to have breakfast each day or not if you want to go out and you just pay for the days you have it. There is a spar 5 mins away that you can stock up with drinks/snacks for your room ( a small fridge is provided)

We only marked this down on comfort as our room was very small and we didn’t really have space to unpack properly and we were climbing over our suitcases! However, we need to be honest as we chose that room. We plan to return and would upgrade so this wouldn’t be an issue. The smaller rooms are more suited to travellers who are travelling light and having maybe one or two days to visit Sorrento or Pompeii

Staff was very friendly : Marco and all the team at the reception desk; Giusy and her team for the cleaning; and the breakfast team Giulia, Ida and Antonella, ALL were great ! General location perfect to visit amalfitian peninsula, far away from the crasy roads of the South side of peninsula and their parking nightmare, but still at very accessible distance to Sorrento, Amalfi, Vesuvio etc. Super convenient parking with always available slots. Room was very confortable, with efficient airco, fridge etc. Very quiet, super well acoustically insulated from next rooms and the neighborhood. Private terrasse in front of the room, with shadow from an big olive tree, wonderful ! Nice big park with garden chairs, at shadow, and view on the see, exceptional ! Cleaning was very good. Swimming pool not too crowded, with always chairs at shadow available. Very clean as well. Buffet style breakfast with plenty of different things, both salty and sweet. Home made cakes, fresh fruits etc, very good !!!

Only details !!! Swimming pool could open a bit earlier (currently open at 10h) to allow swimming before the end of the breakfast (currently closed at 10h30). Long chairs on the terrasse would bring extra confort. A chair/seat inside the room would be a +.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely resort and environment on the clifftop with beautiful views and sunsets. Good breakfast buffet. Also a great pool, bigger than we expected, with a nice poolside bar and cafe. We had 3 chalets for 3 people so it was perfect for our group of 9 females.

It was quite a walk to the station, though you can request a shuttle bus, which we did upon leaving, so it was not as quick and easy as we'd hoped to get to Sorrento and other nearby centres. But the lovely location and spaciousness of the resort compensated for this.

The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and it was so lovely having an outdoor patio to sit out on. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The resort as a whole was lovely to walk around, the view point was fab for watching the sunset. I really liked how peaceful the resort was it felt like a great hidden escape. The breakfast had a good selection of both sweet and savoury options and the staff working were very pleasant.

It would have been nicer had the pool been open for longer to give more opportunity to use these facilties. Although we liked the peaceful nature of the resort, it is worth noting that to eat elsewhere it is a bit of a walk if you don't have a car.

Comfy spacious room, with large pool bar and restaurant area. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Large working TV in the room. private patio outside room with seating area and table. Were able to check in early and store bags in reception on day of departure - staff were really helpful organising this! Location within walking distance of Piano with beaches and restaurants. 10 minute walk away from Piano station where there is regular trains into Sorrento. Buses available more frequently too.

Pool was very cold, and areas surrounding resort were quite noisy at night. Very few and expensive taxis to get into Sorrento, therefore must be comfortable getting public transport if you haven't got a car!

Such a beautiful, tranquil location - the perfect base for a relaxing stay. Surrounded by nature and a stones throw from incredible sea views. We were very grateful that we received a free upgrade on check-in which was such a lovely touch. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant on our first evening after a delayed flight, and we were shocked by just how good the food was!! The best tiramisu we tried all trip (we tried three different ones!!)

The breakfast was okay but could be slightly improved.

Tranquil location with friendly, helpful staff. It was great to have a peaceful base away from the busier towns. The location is ideal for access to Sorrento and trips further down the coast. The pool area was larger than expected and very relaxing. There’s plenty of restaurants surrounding the resort serving great food at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend Sopramare to anyone

Only a small minor comment - we could have done with a long mirror and maybe a vanity unit for getting ready/additional storage

Sopramare resort is a lovely low-key style of accommodation with friendly and relaxed staff who are happy to help and look after you. You feel very immersed in nature there surrounded by lemon trees and an olive grove which overlooks beautiful views of the ocean and cliffside. The pool area is stunning with plenty of space, the ideal place to cool off. There was a nice mix of guests, different nationalities, couples and families. Sopramare is located on the outskirts of Sorrento, a 5 minute train ride away or 45 minutes walk. It felt much less busy and more where the locals live and socialise. I felt I received very good value for money staying here

A few ants in the bathroom, which is why I marked down slightly for cleanliness.

Our Standard Chalet at Sopramare Resort was well appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool was impressive and the staff were friendly and helpful with tourist advice. We would not recommend half board as we found the dinners very disappointing on several occasions. There was very little choice, though the chef was obviously of a high standard. There were very few diners and sometimes we were the only people in the restaurant making us feel rather unwelcome. Breakfast was adequate but not inspiring.

Limited choice of two dishes for each of three course dinners.
