Lovely staff comfy bed clean & modern lovely view from hotel.

Hotel had a shuttle which was very handy as its tough at the end of a busy day walking up the steep hill!/steps. Could have done with the shuttle operating 8-10pm instead of finishing at 8pm. That would have been the icing on the cake.

Friendly informative staff, nothing was too much trouble, great location, shuttle service excellent. Breakfast was good, especially the cappuccinos!Bar area was a nice relaxing space to sit and drink a cocktail in the evening.

Only negative was the bedsheets felt too small for the bed and were uncomfortable as they came loose when you turned over. I would have liked a kettle for my 6h30 cup of tea in the morning while I’m waking up, and a box of tissues and maybe two glasses to have a drink of water as the plastic ones were not nice to use after 6 nights use. The spa pool was too cold!

The staff were very nice; the reception and the roof top! There was hair in the fruit salad, there was hair in one of towels, there was hair on the room floor. The Superior Double Room was not very impressive; small and the view was on the backyard, when we asked if this actually a Superior Double Room, they said yes it is!!

We spent two nights in this hotel. Even though the weather was not the warmest we didn’t mind since they had terrace heaters at the rooftop bar. The cocktails were perfect, the view is magnific. We tried their restaurant, the food was really tasty. The staff is supernice. The rooms were clean. For us being 15 min from Sorrento by car was a plus,nice view, nice people without the crowd. The overall quality and the service was above our expectations.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh options that made each morning a real treat. What stood out the most, however, was the super helpful staff. Every request we made—whether it was for extra towels, an iron/steamer, champagne glasses, or dinner reservations—was fulfilled quickly and with a smile. The team's attentiveness truly made our stay feel special.

The only downside was that some of the bathroom elements felt a bit outdated. The hair dryer could use an upgrade, and the sink didn't drain properly, which was a minor inconvenience. However, these issues didn't overshadow our overall positive experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel has a boutique feel throughout. It’s quite, clean and the staff are warm, friendly and always on hand to help. It’s just a short walk from the town, and the views from the roof top are incredible.

A small criticism is that the bedroom was very basic.

Cleanliness, great rooftop, breakfast, shuttle service into town and professional and friendly staff (Maddalena was particularly very helpful!).

Beach towels could be better quality

The staff at Domo 20 made me feel right at home. I hosted a group of friends here and they went above and beyond to care for our needs. The breakfast each morning had great variety and they were accommodating to me as a vegan as well. There's nothing like the rooftop views of this place, absolutely stunning! We didn't have a car here and it worked perfectly fine for us. It's a bit of a hill to climb when coming back from the city center but it's only about a 10 minutes walk. I would come back again!
