The bed was super comfortable and we loved the balcony and the view from there. Windows were great to let in light during the day, and offered a great view of either Vesuvio or the patio inside the building. The place was also right by the Duomo Metro station on Line 1, which was super great to get around the city. We loved the place overall and the self check-in process was very clear as they sent lots of messages and quickly answered any questions we had. Signs around the palazzo and apartment directing guests were also really helpful.

The windows in the rooms didn’t have curtains so unfortunately it was hard not to wake up early in the morning. Although the bathrooms were nice and cleaned everyday, in the women’s bathroom the shower head holder was broken meaning you had to hold the shower head to shower and in the men’s bathroom the water wouldn’t stay warm for more than 30 seconds.

The location is amazing as you are close to the main train station, the historical centre, and have a metro station just on the other side of the road. The B&B itself is at the top floor of a gorgeous building complex, and has such a beautiful view from the terrace on the roof. It was simple accommodation but really comfortable. Thank you so much!!

I liked everything, but perhaps adding a shower mat for the bathrooms would be amazing to make sure water doesn't get all over the bathroom and corridors!

Great location, can pretty much walk to all the main streets/places of interest. The bed was super comfortable and a great size for my husband, baby and I. You can enjoy a lovely view of the mountains and the tops of the buildings on a clear day. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Unfortunately there’s not a kitchen sink to wash up dishes and so you would need to use the toilet sink. I feel like past guests couldn’t be bothered to clean the cups/bowls (there were a few very dirty ones in the cupboard). The hot water wasn’t working for a day and a half but the manager quickly came over to fix the issue :)

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location on the 6th floor was compensated by the lift. The rooftop terrace had a good view of Mt Etna although it could do with better seating. The location is excellent. The host, when asked, provided a device to get rid of mosquitoes, and this worked well.

The men's bathroom is not really good enough. The small room has no window, poor lighting and the shower is not adequate for tall people, older people or those with physical disabilities. From what I could see this shower was rarely used. The womens bathroom had none of these issues and was adequate. The common area has no kitchen sink, cooktop, microwave, but does have a coffee pod machine, an electric jug, a small fridge and minimal cutlery and crockery. The open skylight windows have no insect screens.

The location was superb it is in a beautiful building on the top floor with great view to Vezuvio. The bed was super comfortable and there facilities had everything we needed.

Sharing the bathroom can be challenging if the other travelers do not respect the common hygiene standards but luckily for us there was only one minor incident when this was a problem. Also it is a shame that the little rooftop garden is not furnished as it looks on the pictures.

Nice appartment. Very clean. Cosy and practical. The other people staying there at the other appartements were quite pleasant. Nice roof terrace. The espresso machine was a nice feature. Good food around the corner. The introduction guide how to access the apartment was helpful and a nice idea. Central location with easy access to Metro and trains.

Kitchen could use a facility to wash the cups etc..

We were pleasantly surprised with the beauty of this place. Check-in instructions were clear, the customer service representative was helpful, and the multiple secure gates of entry made us feel safe. Our 3 rooms were clean, unique, and beautiful. Bathroom was spotless. All amenities mentioned in the listing were available. Outside patio was accessible, convenient, and beautiful. We loved our stay at this property.

Location of the property was hidden so it was difficult to find. There was a lot of graffiti around the property. Washer/dryer did not work in the unit. There was no stove or sink in the shared kitchen.

- There were only 2 attached bathrooms - one for males, one for females (which were sometimes unavailable) - The doorknob to our room was loose, and was coming off at the slightest of pulls - The window in our room didn’t have any blinds or curtains, and hence we had to make do with a plaid

Located close to the city center and the train station. There are many heavy iron gates you need to pass to reach to the apartment, but after seeing how unsafe the area is, you like them. The host is super helpful.

The bathroom is at the end of the hallway which is a bot far from the rooms. We couldn’t manage to solve and brew coffee with the machine in the common area.

The place is really well located, close to the train station and the city center. The room is good and comfortable.

The experience was really good in general. We just missed some basic kitchen items (such as knives and a microwave...). The curtain in our bedroom also did not completely block the sun.
