Fantastic location a stone’s throw away from the Duomo metro station and a quick and easy walk into the centre of town. The building is old and charming but the room was very modern and well presented. Check in was easy, the host was lovely, and the room exceeded my expectations. The TV even had Netflix so I was able to catch up on a few shows which was nice.

The interior of the BnB is high end and modern. Features include automated lighting system, new furniture- crisp white bedding, comfortable mattress, mini fridge, great AC. The location is 10/10- in the historic area of Naples - a few steps from pedestrian alleyways, shops, restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Located down the road was a lovely vegetable and fruit shop as well as a supermarket. Bonus-a small elevator! Marie Grace and Carla were extremely helpful & kind -thanks to Google translate- Marie Grace booked a taxi for me from the BnB to the airport for my return home. Don't judge the place by the exterior of the building -behind the door is an oasis to enjoy!

Amazingly quiet. Could not hear any other guests except when they were leaving in the morning and I was already up. They honored my request to not service my room the entire time. Great location, easy to find, easy to access. Good WiFi. Good room with lots of storage and hanging space. Very good soundproofing with the street-side french doors (at least with my sound machine going).

Bed foundation was extra noisy. Bathroom: Sink was slow draining, drain leaked, faucet was hard to turn on, shower head was clogged, shower got the main floor of bathroom wet, but at least not in front of the sink or any of the facilities (bidet, toilet).

Fantastic cold air conditioning the second you walk in - highly appreciated during 90F days! Very clean and modern with touch sensor lights and electronic door codes (make sure to check the messages from the hotel prior to arrival for your unique door codes). Incredibly comfortable bed that slowly molded to my body with a pillow to match - best bed in all of Europe including at the top hotels! Amazing shower with a rain shower, handheld shower, AND a massage water bar! Highly functional room with 'open' closet space, plenty of hangers, and flat drawer space. About 2 blocks away from the main drag so it's very close without the noise. On check out day, I was able to store my luggage until my evening flight. This place only has 4 rooms and I would totally stay here again if available.

The streets are a little quiet at night in this area but I didn't feel unsafe especially once I got my bearings. Barely saw the staff except the first morning for them to get a copy of my passport and to pay the tourist tax, but it wasn't a problem since I received all the door codes in the emails sent from the hotel prior to arrival. I got in and went straight to my room easily. Very efficient check in and out process!

Room was quite large, nice bathroom, and cleaning was done daily. The staff was very kind and responded to all our questions, they've sent us good recommendations for things to see and restaurants. Lionora B&B is a few hundred meters away from Via Duomo or Via dei Tribunali. Lots of good restaurants/pizzerias/caffes nearby. You can walk to most Napoli attractions including Royal Palace, Duomo, Castel Nuovo and even to the Port to take the ferries to Sorrento/Capri. For the rest (Lungomare or St Elmo) take the metro, the Duomo Metro station is 250 m away.

Due to the airport being so close to the city (6km) you can hear the planes from early morning. Not something that the B&B is to blame, I guess it's valid for the whole Napoli Centro.

It was self-checkin with 3 codes - one to access the building, one for the whole B&B and one for our room. Our room was one of four (each with their own locks) off a hall that led from the breakfast area. We hadn't ordered breakfast so can't comment on this. Our room was a good size with a king-sized bed, an easy chair, a padded desk chair, desk and mini fridge. There were two balconies with flower planters but these were not big enough to stand on. There were bedside USB charging ports. A small lift was available. Double glazing meant the room was quiet and the aircon was efficient. There was a good supermarket nearby. Museo Metro was not too far away. There was room to park the car at the front to unload the luggage before taking the car to the car park. This was pre-booked. If using the recommended one, with discount, drive past all the others in the street touting for custom. The carpark is about a km away but through a busy part of town.

There was no kettle or facilities to make a hot drink. This could have easily been incorporated into the breakfast area for guests to use at other times. While we found the metro handy and some of the things we wanted to do were nearby, Naples is a bit spread out and some parts were harder to get to. We didn't try the buses. We did resort to the hop on Hop off bus to get us to some of the places we wanted to see!

Everything is as described, super clean and modern. The bed is very comfy and it was a perfect base for us to explore Naples! Walking distance ti many beautiful areas and attractions. Rosa is a wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble and she was very helpful with suggestions to visit and directions on getting into the property. The shower is next level awesome 😎 it’s also very quiet after 10pm which is essential for me, being in a city location this was a pleasant surprise! It’s also easy to move around this property quietly, all the doors close softly with a little effort. We weren’t disturbed by any other guests or anyone outside, it really is a fantastic value for money hôtel and would absolutely stay again if I return to Naples, and will recommend to family and friends.

Great location to old city and quiet. The apartment outside shows the local character of the area. We were surprised and delighted they had elevator for an older building. Close to Duomo metro which was handy to access sightseeing locations. Clean apartment and good size for short stays. Bed was comfortable and great space for storage of clothes. The hosts were good communicators.

The shower pressure was low.

Lovely B&B very modern and super clean in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful,we arrived early and were allowed to check in . The rooms are spacious and well decorated just like the photos. They have air con , USB charging ports , tea and coffee making facilities,lots of hanging space, beautiful modern bathroom everything you could need .They arranged a taxi for us to the airport and we were also able to leave our bags there until our flight home .

It’s clean, quiet and good location. Loves that you couldn’t hear any noise from the street. I like the automatic door system, great to not have cards or keys. I had trouble with the key pad on the last night and the staff was very quick to resolve the issue. Very clear check in instructions upon check in. Would recommend staying here.

The fridge wasn’t very cold. I had bought some watermelon that went bad due to it being too hot. Otherwise great.
