The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were a great, spacious for Italy standard and also very comfortable beds & pillows. The AC also worked well. The decor in the hotel is also beautiful and the entire hotel is very clean. From the rooms to the shared spaces. The breakfast was also very good with many selections of hot and cold buffets. As for location, it was just steps away from Spaccanapoli, with great restaurants & shopping nearby.

Neither of these comments are directly related to the hotel, but did effect our stay. The street leading to the hotel was very narrow, so one taxi driver dropped us off at the bottom of the street so we needed to lug our suitcases to the hotel for about half a block. And another taxi had a slight accident trying to get up the street. Also, while the hotel was beautiful, there were homeless people in the front area of the hotel, some would sleep there while others would ask us for money every day. While this is not a hotel issue, it did make us cautious every time we walked out of the hotel.

Staff very helpful gving us good recommendations for places to eat and clarifying our confusion, through the venue (something we were unable to do) over tickets for an event. Initially surprised there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but on enquiring some were provided. No cost involved. The internet (we were on the top floor 4 of 4) was patchy, which was occasionally inconvenient. If you want to be in the middle of things and within walking distance of the railway/museums/tourist areas you couldn't do much better.

Not a lot. It's an old building, but once you accept that, it has a certain charm about it which makes it more personable than a faceless modern factory/hotel.

Traditional small hotel with excellent location in old town. Most tourist spots within walking distance as was the metro.Very good breakfast including cooked food, cheese and meat, bread and a wide selection of pastries, although not everything was available every day.

As expected in older hotel only L type electrical sockets, which do not work well with heavy phone chargers. No food after breakfast; plenty of restaurants nearby, although mostly pizza, pastries and pasta so it was necessary to search for seafood restaurants in old town. Kettle provided with two Nescafe sachets and three tea bags on arrival, but not subsequently, so it was necessary to take replacemnt tea bags from breakfast.

We stayed twice at the hotel, once in a superior double for 5 nights and 2 nights in a classic double. Both rooms were spacious and well-appointed with good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good as well. The hotel is located in the historic part of Naples with the main rail station close by along with access to plenty of restaurants, bars etc. The staff at the hotel are very good. Most of our interactions were with Barbera who was excellent, helpful in every way and a real asset for the hotel

great location, very nice room, I was there with my family and we booked two rooms. They were supposed to be same size but eventually our was pretty small, smaller than should have been. Anyway the room was comfortable.

A really wonderful staff who made us feel very welcome. In particular, Barbara on reception was exceptional and so helpful. The ladies who cleaned our rooms were also brilliant as were the breakfast staff.

I had great trouble with my room key card that kept malfunctioning. However, this irritation did not spoil a fantastic stay at this wonderfully situated hotel.

A very nice hotel close to the airport. The room with high ceilings was lovely and comfortable including a very spacious bathroom.

The area is located in the old part of the city. It was sad to see all the graffiti everywhere. It's a shame that this old historical part of the city is not revered and respected.

Incredibly well-located, really helpful and quick staff, super clean, comfortable, felt safe, good wifi, big room, amazing breakfast (def recommend, I loved it) and would absolutely stay there again!

Could increase the number of sockets in the rooms, especially close to the beds and could add a “don’t disturb/don’t need to clean the room” sign to be attached to the doorknob. Not things I didn’t like though, just suggestions. It was a lovely stay!

Everything was clean.Barbara the receptionist was wonderful.Top marks to her. Loved the bathrobes. Liked the safe .

I would have liked 3 single beds as we are 3 friends travelling together.For breakfast more variety of fruits .Didn't like frozen fruit. Needed signs for doors of bedrooms as we didn't need our room cleaned during stay. A welcome bottle of water in room would be welcome.

Location is excellent for exploring the old districts of Napoli, with key streets a short walk away. The MANN is about 10-15 minutes, train station is a short taxi journey (walkable without luggage) and the harbour for ferries to the Amalfi coast an easy 20 minute walk. Using the local rail line got us to Herculaneum in easy fashion. 50m away is Via San Biagio which is a street with a good vibe where you can easily find aperitivi; try the area around Piazza San Domenico. The hotel is comfortable. Our room was a decent size and the bathroom had good fittings. Both rooms were very clean. Finally, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book to stay here again.

Be aware that Napoli is a noisy city and in parts can be quite dirty. Personally I loved the experience but forewarned is forearmed. Just be mindful of those scooters !
