The room was spacious and very clean with plenty of facilities. The bathroom was clean with towels and toiletries. Nando was great at keeping in contact and providing instructions for check-in and check-out with plenty of time and answering any queries. The accomodation was easy to find. It was well situated, a 5 minute walk from Duomo metro station and less than 5 minutes to get into the historic centre. They offered luggage storage so we could continue to explore before checking in and after checking out, which was very helpful!

Toilet is situated in the corner of bathroom and is a bit of a tight squeeze - this was fine for us, but could imagine it's tricky if you're taller.

Good location - 20 minutes by foot to the Garibaldi train station, and even less to the port where the ferry takes off for the islands (Calata Porta di Massa). The room was situated into an atrium - no sounds from the street. There was a TV with Netflix and a fully functioning airconditioning (even for heating), so we weren't cold in the room even when the outside temperatures at night dropped. Also the water in the shower was hot, which was great. The cleaning was done every day, both room and bathroom were spotless. There was always coffee and tee available in the common area. The street right above the building is basically the beginning of the "Heart of Napoli" street, where a lot of small shops and famous / traditional restaurants and bakeries are, but still far enough from the city centre that the prices are good. Many good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. We were allowed to leave our baggage in the common area for the last day between checking out of the room and leaving for the airport, which made our last day in Naples very easy and enjoyable.

The streets seem kind of darker at night, the neighbourhood isn't the nicest during night if you are returning late in the evening from the train station, but everything was OK afterall. The room could be improved - there was only one chair. For a room for 2 people, I would suggest adding a second chair into the room.

Everything was perfect. The room have a lot of personality as the city itself. It’s in the center, you have easy access to all the restaurants, shops, metro is extremely close also. You have all the facilities you would need. The coffee is such a plus but would be such a pity not going on a terrace to have breakfast. The host is amazing, really kind and helpful. We stayed there for 8 night and I’m sure we could’t make a better choice! :)

Excellent location, only two minutes walk from metro station and only one stop to Garibaldi train station. Very close to restaurants and night life of spaccanapoli area, and also to other napolitan central spots. We never met Alessia the hostess, because the check in process is very easy and automated, but she responded immediately to everything we needed. Nice and clean room, and also very quiet given the fact that it is in such central location.

The only basic problem was the bathroom size, specifically the toilet which was next to the wall and you should literally sit on it sideways which was also difficult because of the bidet next to it. The shower area was spacious though. Also, a new mattress would be welcome.

Great location! The accommodation was clean, the bed very comfortable and overall the size of the room was enough for a few days staying. No issue with the self check-in, very responsive host. Recommended.

Small issue with the booking. I kept receiving messages about paying the accommodation, while I already paid it all. Likely an issue with the platform, rather than with the host.

Loved the decor and location, central to historic district. Lovely large bathroom and bedroom. Kettle in hallway with complementary coffee pods (although no instructions on how to use the coffee machine). Small selection of teas. Quick response to messages with host via Whatsapp.

Thought Netflix was included, but it wasn't. No instructions for coffee machine. Bed slightly lumpy on one side.

Nino, the host, was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. Communication was smooth from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully styled with thoughtful details.

Loved the area around the apartment, it was very lively and some lovely places to eat. The people them selfs was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely and meet most of my needs. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful stay! A lovely apartment in a great location, close to the metro station which we used all the time. Very clean with all needed facilities, kettle, teas. Hot water in the shower with good pressure and temperature was a huge plus! Host was very nice and helpful. Check in process was super convenient and easy.

Everything was just perfect! The house is right in the center, big enough for a couple, really clean and you got there everything you need. The host is very kind and helped us with everything we needed, gave us a lot of details about the city, what to visit and where to eat. I recommend the place 100% if you wanna have a real Bari experience. We will come back for sure!
