Location was perfect, in the historical centre and close to the train stations (but not too close). The room was very clean, nicely decorated. The room was also very quiet at night. We really liked the breakfast, with lovely home-made cakes and other options. The self check-in worked very well, with clear instructions sent to us before our arrival. Everything was where we were told it would be! Ida and her team were very friendly, reachable (in person or with WhatsApp ) and helpful for giving advice any time of the day. I would happily stay there again. Really worth it.

The accommodations at BB Casamatta were very comfortable, the communication with Ida fast and helpful, she gave good suggestions for food, and the location was great. Our little breakfast on the patio was delightful and my need for gluten free was also met. We were able to leave our bags after checking out and easily pick them up before we left for the airport.

Although the entry codes and doors seems difficult, it’s actually quite easy. The diagrams provided helped. There are a lot of steps to climb which was a bit of a workout with heavy luggage. It was fine for us, but may not be suitable for everyone.

Beautiful hotel perfectly located on Via Duomo in THE historical center of Napoli. You can easily walk to all cites of interest, including Duomo, churches, MANN, Via Toledo, restaurants, shops, etc. It is also an ideal place to rest and enjoy the Napolitan art of living. Located on the 2nd floor of a Napolitan palazzo, it benefits from the calm of its location, the harmony of its decor and the comfort of its rooms. You can also enjoy the bar-lounge and terrasse while having your breakfast (delicious) or sipping a drink. The apartment is a very good alternative if you want a centrally located accommodation in Naples that provide good value for money. We especially liked the breakfast arrangements and the service provided by the staff. If you like staying in the historic centre, close to the duomo and like picturesque, old buildings, this is your place.

As a family with two adult kids, the apartment/room was more compact than we could tell from the pics. It was literally one room divided by a light wall (plus bathroom), but if you want to use the coffee machine early in the morning it is hard to not wake up the rest of the family. Although it was stated that one of the beds was a sleeping sofa, it looked like a real bed in the pictures, but it was actually a sleeping coach. But it worked perfectly OK.

Fantastic location , close to bars , cafes , restaurants , shopping and the Duomo & other historic sights , lovely historic b&b with classy decor , the breakfast room was beautiful as was our room which had a mini bar & coffee ☕️ , the bathroom was spacious and the bed really comfy , everything was perfect for a stay in Napoli

Lots of steps up to the b&b but we knew this before so we were prepared and it didn’t spoil things just be prepared , access to main gate was a bit tricky but we figured it out after asking for help , the key pad was on the left not the right as instructed

The location in the historic center is perfect to discover Napoli and the hotel is quiet despite being in a lively neighbourhood. Room was clean and comfortable. Great advises from Massimiliano every morning.

Nothing we did not like, just an advise that It would be good to clarify what we can have for breakfast. Good to know when you arrive with luggages: the BB is on the second floor of the building without a lift.

The breakfast was basic but very nicely done . Fresh croissants and granola and yoghurt with fresh coffee. We didn’t have breakfast two mornings as service started at 8:30am. I’m sure the owner would have facilitated something if we had asked earlier.The location was super central 20 mins from train station in a safe district. Don’t miss the banksy round the corner. We stayed in the duplex manhattan which had a kitchenette which we didn’t use as there was street food on every corner. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed.

The B&B was on 4th floor which any one who struggles with stairs would struggle with marble tiles. The sound proofing wasn”t great above the bedroom area we could hear the neighbour getting up -using bathroom etc. Inner court room so no view - some of the other rooms had better light:).. No bath just shower.

Fabulous! Room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Great power shower. Loved the mini bar and the coffee machine. Breakfast was delicious, fresh juices, granola, pastries and delicious cake and coffee! We enjoyed the January morning sunshine on the beautiful terrace. The whole building and rooms are immaculately clean and the decor is beautiful. Location is great, close to attractions, coffee bars, restaurants and beautiful shops. Massimiliano was so welcoming and so helpful in every way. And we enjoyed Muffin the puppies company too! We will be returning here for another night before we travel to Rome. I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again. 10/10 from us from start to finish.

Very good accommodation ! It is perfectly located in the historical center, a few minutes walk from the most popular spots in town. Despite being in one of the busiest neighborhoods, the accommodation is very calm and quiet, windows are well insulated from the noise. The room has everything one needs and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is good quality and is served in a beautiful tiny courtyard. Maximilliano has very good tastes and one can tell that he has decorated the place with lots of care. The staff is very friendly !

It is almost brand-new, modern, soundproof and in great location not far from Duomo station metro line 1. If you are looking for a place to stay in the city before or after traveling to Amalfi coast this is a perfect place. One stop away from Garibaldi where you can find the trains, subway and buses. Hosts are well organized and easy to talk with. Luggage storage is available too even after your check-out. Just bear in mind that you have to take stairs going to the property as lift isn't available. Great value for money.
