I was immediately impressed by the excellent communication with the staff, who made it easy to find & check-in. Staff member Elena met us outside to show us around & give us the keys, we both thought she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. The room was very clean and modern, with a great balcony view and some excellent facilities. I also thought the lighting was stunning in the bedroom & bathroom. We didn't stay for long, but we had a lovely stay here in a perfect location. There are plenty of food options, attractions & businesses around the restaurant, so we were always able to find somewhere to visit within short walking distance. The breakfast was really nice too, instead of being served breakfast in the apartment we were given a coupon for a cafe opposite which served one complimentary pastry with a coffee. Unfortunately we only got one breakfast due to an early flight on our second morning in Naples, but we felt that this breakfast was of a much higher quality than most other B&B breakfasts we've had. Overall, the value for money here was incredible and we had a lovely stay which provided some peace & quiet in the sometimes chaotic city of Naples.

There were a few things in the building that felt like they didn't work as intended. For example, the doors. The lock for the main door into the B&B seemed to jam at times, with another visitor being stuck outside, unable to unlock the door when we were returning from a trip out. We managed to help them in, but we also struggled with the lock at times ourselves. The lock to our room door was also difficult to operate at times, and the door would not close properly until fully locked. Another negative would have been the slats in the doors on the balcony not opening/closing properly either, which would let a lot of light in early in the morning and did disturb sleep a bit. I think these are minor things, particularly for the price, but worth mentioning.

Not a bad room for one night. There are all the necessary amenities, a little smell of dampness in the bathroom, breakfast in a nearby cafe, where you can choose coffee and croissants, there are many bars, shops nearby and a famous pizzeria 10 minutes walk away, friendly staff, there is a kettle, tea in the room, there is an elevator. No disposable slippers, but this is not critical, a little dusty. Good for its price.

Spacious and very clean, even though we gave onto the main road it was not very noisy. Comfortable bed.

The lift didn’t work well (we specifically booked a place with a lift for pushchair) and this property is advertised as a hotel but there isn’t any staff, it operates as an air bnb. It’s misleading. No receptionist, no cleaning by staff etc

Location in the heart of the old town of Naples was excellent. The surrounding area is lively but the apartment itself, facing the courtyard, was peaceful. Authentic stay in a classic Naples apartment block off a central courtyard

The property is not manned so you have to communicate your exact arrival time so you can be met there but this was all fine by Whatsapp

The location in Centro Storico was excellent, the intense energy of Naples right outside the grand arched doorway of the courtyard. The room was very well designed, with a comfortable mattress. Airport shuttle service for 25E made us feel secure with the initial transport in Naples. Italian breakfast of coffee and a sweet is included at cafe across the street, great for people watching.

Nice accommodation in the heart of the city. Historical building and the room itself. Despite the bustling location, the room faced the inner courtyard, thus it was really calm to sleep. Everything was clean, towels and toiletries provided. The check-in process was very smooth.

Maybe it would be nice to have a kettle or mini coffee machine in the room. On the other hand, the property offers breakfast and there are plenty of cafes nearby, so that wasn't a big issue in my case.

Good location in centro storico, right on via dei Tribunali, but on the quieter end in an old classic building with quiet courtyard. This third floor unit has been remodeled and building retrofitted with an elevator. Many places to eat just a few minutes walk down the street, including the Sorbillo pizza restaurant on the Michelin guide. Host was very accommodating and communicative via WhatsApp, although the very nice lady who actually comes to let you into the building only speaks Italian. Bed was on the firm side, basic toiletries provided and AC functional.

Check out time is a bit early (10:30 am) and there is no secured location to store your luggage if you are not leaving straight away. There is a luggage storage place just one door down, but not individual lockers, just a guy watching a room full of luggage so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our stuff being that we still had a full two week trip hahead of us. Can hear a bit of street noise bleeding through the incredibly sound reducing Italian windows, but really not bad considering how much action is going on down on the street level! Also I wouldn’t bother paying extra for balcony. It just opens onto the inner courtyard of the apartment, which isn’t particularly interesting.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious, bathroom as well. Very nice old building in the historical centre, the location is perfect, 15 mins easy walk from the main train station. The host was there to meet us and all in all a good impression. We did not even hear the noise from the outside so it was great to sleep and rest during the night and early morning.

The main downside to this place is the breakfast option. It is included with the room but this breakfast is 1 scone/croissant and 1 coffee in the coffee place nearby. You cannot choose from all the available pastries (which are delicious) but the B&B offer is limited to 2-3 standard ones and the worst part is that you cannot be sure there will be free place for you to sit and have your breakfast. This place is quite crowded during the morning, especially on the weekends. Also, the building has an elevator that needs a key, so when you leave you cannot use the elevator, as you have to leave the keys in the apartment. There is an option to pay with a coin but it didn't work for us.

Incredible location on the edge of Naples’s Old Town, culture and character abound. Everything we wanted to do was walkable or public transport was walkable. Lovely en-suite apartment: clean; hosts are responsive, helpful and multi-lingual; comfy beds for a great night’s sleep after exploring the city and surrounds.

No kettle but only a minor inconvenience; we didn’t need it and didn’t ask after one. Would’ve been nice to have had a more regular room clean for our week-long stay - this is relayed at check in but should perhaps be advertised.

Clean, modern room, recently renovated in a very central location. You have everything you want to visit within walking distance. Good isolation from the street noise, so we had a good sleep over the night even if our room had the balcony on the main street. Air conditioner working properly, minifridge in the room and everything else that you could need from a B&B. Breakfast is from what i noticed typical for these B&Bs, coffee/tea & a pastry that you can take from the pastry shop across the street.
