The location is very central to Napoli, about 15-20 minutes walk from train stations Napoli Centrale and Napoli Porto Nolana. The room is small but very comfortable and the private bath is excellent. Guests should be prepared to communicate via WhatsApp, as this is the preferred messaging app in Europe. Also, as this is a B&B, be sure to communicate with the host regularly before arrival to coordinate check in. This may be a bit different than customary, particularly for American travelers. The property is in the old historic district of Napoli and the streets/pedestrian walks will put rolling bags to the test!

The location of this accommodation is absolutely unbeatable. It is located in the historic part of the city and is very close to the cathedral of Napoli. The apartment is big enough for two people and the two terraces we had access to were absolutely insane (in a positive way). We also really liked the breakfast vouchers for the coffee place closeby, since their pastries were absolutely delicious.

The place is relatively noisy and I have to say that the noise isolation was not the best. Furthermore, the place was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived, which was a bit of a turn-off. Lastly, it is not the biggest apartment in the world, however I would assume that this holds true for all apartments in the historic center. Even though none of the mentioned aspects affected our stay all too negatively, I feel like they have to be mentioned.

Very good location in old town, nice authentic italian building. Welcoming and smiling italian speaking lady. Italian charm. Lovely breakfast (coffee + fresh roll) served in a cosy cafe nearby apartments (20 meters). Small but cosy room nice decorated, large bathroom with a shower.

Keeping in mind it's an old italian building everything is quite nice. What could be improved - the main negative thing is sound isolation (you can hear your neighbours). Other - very small window on the ground (no sunlight). No kettle, no mini fridge (that was not a problem in warm season).

- confusing check in - i message the host about changing arrival times, when we arrived at the adress given to us several different people talked to us, had to call others, showed us upstairs only then having to go to a different location around the corner etc. - make sure to have the exact cash amount for the tax iykyk

We had to wait 30 minutes before our host finally showed up, despite the fact that I had communicated the arrival time in advance, accurately.

Clean, tidy and cozy. We did not experience anything unpleasant during our four-day stay. Perfect location in the heart of Centro Historico Naples, closer to Italian culture and taste, probably not possible :) Very nice Italians always willing to help. Perfectly organized check in and check out, thank you Assia👏From the double terrace, views of the bay, Mount Vesuvius and the main streets of the center, via Tribunali and via Duomo. Unforgettable "atmosphere" of the old town and perfect location. Breakfast also OK, croissants and coffee but it's really enough to start the day, there must be something to it :)) Gianni, our driver is also kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is fantastic! Not too far from the central station but at the same time in a nice area in a street full of life, shops, restaurants. Easy to get everywhere you need. Our apartment had an amazing terrace with a wonderful view of the city and Vesuvius as well as a bit of the sea. Price performance excellent. The host was very kind and explained everything. Easy check in and checkout. Breakfast was included in a bar just across the street, very nice touch.

It would have been nice to be able to make coffee at the apartment but we couldn’t find a moka and coffee itself. Also there was some issue at night with the alarm that went off. However these are just small things. Everything else was perfect. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, the building from the outside can be a bit scary but the hotel itself its super clean, cute and comfy. I will definitely go again, and the location was superb. And the hosts made it even better! I will definitely recommend this place :)

The breakfast was okay, I mean they only offered sweet things (they were really good) but basic and I do prefer savory breakfast so basically then it is just a tea or coffee.

Very good location in the city centre, plenty of restaurant, shops and caffees nearby. Walking distance to many attractions. Host was easy to reach and responsive.

This place was the highlight of our stay in Naples. We stayed in the "Suite with Terrace" room. We had to take an elevator and some stairs to reach it, but the ascent was worthwhile: The colors are gorgeous and you have two private terraces! You take a spiral staircase from the first, larger terrace to the smaller terrace with pretty blue tile. The free breakfast is just around the corner from the Airbnb; you get your choice of a pastry and a beverage. You can see the dome of the cathedral across the street from the terraces.

The one negative is that wifi didn't reach the apartment. Wifi is available in the common area on the floor below, however.
