Great location next to the Duomo and about 20min walk to the centre. Very walkable city so actually, nothing is too far away and taxi/metro are easily accessible. Hotel was exactly like it was pictured when I booked it so we were very happy when arrived. Staff are kind and so helpful, organised a small birthday surprise for my husband which he loved. Beds were a little soft for our liking bit nothing to complain about really, everything else was perfect! Room was great with a small balcony with a great view down the street, 24/7 self service kitchen was a lovely touch. Would definitely come back to stay if we are ever back in Naples!

Best things about Duomo House - great staff (love Tonia) and great location (right next to the duomo and walking distance to many top sights). The guest room and common space are modern and comfortable. The breakfast is good. The snacks and drinks are all nice touches.

If you chose to drive and park at De Santa Garage, pls note that google maps will direct you through *very* narrow pedestrian streets in the historic center. If you have a mid-sized car, it's easy to get it scratched or worse stuck in the narrow roads (even with both mirrors folded). The garage owner doesn't speak English well, so you will need to get better driving direction to the garage from the hotel reception.

The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They kept in touch with us when our flight was delayed and were always ready to give advice. The property was very clean and located right next to the Duomo. The breakfast was good, especially the home-made jams and it was nice to eat on the internal terrace in the morning sunshine. there was a honesty box for drinks in the evening.

The entrance is a little off-putting - a huge graffiti covered wooden door - but like so many Italian properties, the inside was a different story. Well decorated, clean and well looked after.

All the staff are lovely and so helpful. The bed was comfortable, and it was good that our daughter had her own little space up the stairs. Breakfast had good options, and we enjoyed being able to grab snacks and drinks from the kitchen honesty bar through the day/night. It's also super quiet, despite being in a pretty hectic part of town.

There is an unpleasant smell from the bathroom pipes, but maybe that's expected in a building of its age. The pillows were also quite thin - it would have been great to have extras.

We had a wonderful stay at Duomo House B&B with our family of seven. We rented two rooms, both of which were spotlessly clean and offered beautiful views. The area felt very safe, which made our stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing and included with the room. A perfect way to start each day! The concierge was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning central location and the staff really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The room was gorgeous - spacious and clean. They were able to help with recommendations for what to do, where to eat and I have a dairy allergy and the lovely host bought me some DF breakfast and snack items. We were also offered freshly squeezed orange juice every morning with breakfast which was delicious!

Local children came to play outside the duomo every night until late which was quite noisy even with the doors closed.

This is a small hotel: 5 rooms. Given this, it is wonderful that there is an effort made at breakfast. A selection of delicious food (including meats and cheeses and fresh pastries. Simply wonderful. The room was immaculate (and air-conditioned!). The staff were all friendly and keen to help us. We mentioned it was a wedding anniversary and we came back to a bottle of prosecco in our room, which was ready for us as soon as could have been done. It is just a truly nice place to stay.

The hot water didn’t get hot enough to soak in the bath after a long day sightseeing. The shower was hot enough though.

Very clean, spacious rooms, nice bathroom with enough space to put all the toiletries for three girls :) The staff is so helpful, they let us in few hours before the regular check in, and they explained everything there is to know about touristic sights we need to see. The rooms are cleaned every day, the location is great, and you can't hear any noise from outside.

Everything is great!

Great location, exceptional breakfast and great staff. No problems with check in and they are very friendly. There is a little outdoor terrace to have your breakfast which is beautiful. Breakfast was exceptional. Homemade jams, yogurt and fresh juice plus eggs your way were the highlight.

Property was fantastic. If you have luggage and take the metro be prepared to walk uphill from duomo station. Would recommend a taxi if that’s an option for you
