Great and easy communication with the host. The location is set right in the centre of Naples and all the great pizza places and shops are in a walking distance of 10-15 minutes. The property itself fulfils all the needs and breakfast is perfect.

The location is great if you want to be on foot from and to the city centre. The room was super clean and spacey. The staff (although they didn’t speak a word in english) were very kind and helpful in every way. They were cleaning the room every day. They were even leaving water bottles and candies in the room for a treat. Also it was aesthetically pleasing. High ceilings, big windows and amazing view to the church and the neighbourhood.

It is a bit tricky to enter the apartment. It requires 3 steps (not so convenient) and they provide only one key, that was very inconvenient since we were 3 persons in the room. Also when the cleaning happens they put all towels back to the drawers, but this way we couldn’t know whose towel was which.

The room surpassed expectations – it was not only exceptionally well-maintained and tidy, but also featured all the amenities we could ask for, along with a generously spacious bathroom. The staff's kindness in accommodating our early check-in request and surprising us with a room upgrade left us truly appreciative. Every member of the staff we encountered was not only polite and professional, but also remarkably helpful. I must highlight the exemplary assistance provided by the gentleman in charge, who even went out of his way to help me locate a nearby facility I was in search of. This level of service made our stay memorable

There is nothing we didn't like.

Very spacious room with balcony, lots of light, comfortable beds, and modern bathroom. Very clean and superb and helpful owner and staff. Breakfast at authentic cafe next door. Daily bottled water included snd was appreciated. The location was excellent - we walked everywhere - to cathedral steps away, the port, castle, central station. It was easy to find good restaurants within 10 min walk.

The only weakness was the very low shower pressure (and therefore water output) meaning showering was a slow process, but it is an authentic 4th floor apartment so the pipes have a long way to go! Just leave yourself extra time in the morning.

Location is excellent - very central and very walkable to all the main attractions, shopping, the train station and the ferry terminals. The standard of cleanliness in the two apartments we booked was excellent. Staff in the building were friendly and the lady booked a taxi to the airport for us on the last morning which was waiting for us before the appointed time as we left the building - this was great and saved us worrying about making it to the airport in time. Good air con units in the rooms - essential in the 30+degrees centigrade hot and humid weather.

The complicated instructions for accessing the apartments through three sets of doors could have been better proofed for clear English. We had been travelling from abroad from very early morning, arrived very tired and found the instructions confusing e.g. 'take the staircase' did not mean 'walk up the stairs' but actually meant 'just go into the lobby where the staircase is and use the lift there'. The staff in the café where the breakfast was available (drink + choice of 2 pastries) next door were not very friendly and a guide in English could have been provided for what was possible to choose i.e. a description of each pastry as the staff had no English. Also, we seemed to be an inconvenience to them every morning.

I booked a room for one person, but I got a spacious kind of apartment with two bed rooms and a shared bathroom. My room had a high ceiling. There was a loft bed (for two) and an additional single bed. The second room was locked during my stay. The bathroom was quite nice.

I got 4 different keys and the two for the main and second entrance never worked properly. Luckily there were most of the time people who could help me. It's written that breakfast is included, but the only thing what you get, is one voucher per day, for either two sweet or one sweet and one savory pastry and one cup of coffee, which you can get at the small coffee place next to the entrance.

Very clean and comfortable in a good location. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Initial entry instructions were difficult to follow. Key to street door difficult to use so we were given key pad entry code which was much more convenient. Water pressure in shower not great and water temperature could have been hotter - even on “maximum” you didn’t need to use cold water. Choice of food available at breakfast location very limited especially if staying more than a couple of days. A room safe would have been useful. Didn’t understand the point of locking room key in box outside room door when going out as it was obvious the code was simply the floor and room number. Anybody could figure this out and gain entry to the room.

This property was the best part of our short stay in Naples! In such a convenient location close to the centre by walk but also a couple of minutes from metro stations and bus stops we were able to visit all the parts of Naples so conveniently. Every morning we were able to enjoy our breakfast included in the price in a lovely cafe with coffees and pastries just downstairs. After a long day of exploring, the room service was exceptional cleaning our room and providing water. The room also had many amenities and great features like AC and a stunning view from the balcony. A fridge for your own things, a tv where we enjoyed watching movies or playing music to get ready. The staff were so kind and welcoming and provided us with information about the city. Even though we arrived to the Airport just around midnight, their instructions to check ourselves in were so clear we had no trouble at all! I absolutely recommend this place for a Naples city break !!

The staff was really kind, taking care if we needed clean towels and bed sheets, water etc. They also let us check in a bit in advance, which was great. The location of the apartment is really good, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

We will mention just few little things. The toilet floor was not cleaned, there was a lot of long hair on the floor and male hair in the sink. But the rest of the room was fine. Also, the toilet is located upstairs, so it was bit annoying going up and down the narrow stairs all the time. Since our apartment door was just next to the reception, it was a bit loud every morning, we could hear people talking, cleaning noises etc. The breakfast at the bar was fine, the bar staff as well, they have nice pastry, but the food choice is poor.

Everything! I can not say anything else but exceptional in every situation! I had great support through my journey from the host helping me with the transfer despite the many flight difficulties I had to experience. When above and beyond with finding a way to let us stay a bit longer even if it was fully booked on the next day. Location is great, rooms are spotless clean (I am working as a Housekeeping manager in Hilton and it is very rare to be pleased with cleanliness standards in most places I was staying) would be coming back again if I have to visit Naples again.
