Excellent location in the historic centre, and only about 10 minutes walk to Napoli Centrale. We had gone for a mountain view room, and the view of Vesuvius from our (extremely large) bedroom was a real treat. Plus we felt that we were in the middle of an authentic Napoli experience. Alessandro checked us in and was extremely helpful - he made it clear that he would be available to help us and to answer questions, but did not hassle us about anything and left us to enjoy our stay. Perfect!

This was a nice modern flat without breakfast obviously...but plenty of nice cafes and restaurants near by. Place was nicely located in the heart of Historic Old Naples very close to Naples' Duomo and public transportation, like the Metro. Place was tidy and self contained, with 2 large TV sets, AC, Washer and nice green window shutters with noise proof doors. Host was very pleasant and most helpful, and fluent in English. Place was very well secured, with security cameras everywhere, and I will recommend this place to any couple visiting Naples. Safe area too!

Well the place has no parking, but there was a garage just up the road...which I didn't have to use anyway because I was able/lucky to find parking nearby! Can't think of anything negative about this particular place. Made our stay in Naples more enjoyable.

Very Spacious apartment. Very clean. Good water pressure in shower, comfortable bed with nice linens. Washing machine. Good location between train station & Archaeological Museum. Good views of Interesting family neighborhood, grocery stores and cafes nearby. Some street noise in day, but always quiets down completely in evening/night.

Some digital-age technical quirks, quickly learned about them from staff. Mostly. Drains a little slow; shower a little small if you are a larger person. Could have used a microwave oven, but there IS a real oven.

Allesandro was very helpful and sent us lots of links to places we may like to visit/ resources such as supermarkets. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for 2 people. We also enjoy the balcony in the mornings and in the evenings.

The only downfall was that we had loud guests in the apartment next door, however this is not the hosts fault.

We loved our apartment! They gave us an upgrade which included a kitchen and huge bedroom. The shower in the bathroom was a little small but other than that the apartment was everything we asked for and more! There is an elevator to take luggage to your room which is helpful. The staff communicated with us before our stay to help arrange early check in and shuttle from the airport. Excellent customer service!

The apartment was very spacious with a seperate living area with a lounge suite and dining table. Was great to have more space than just not a bedroom with a couch.

Cleanliness was the only down side. The pillows inside the pillow cases needed the protective covers replacing as they were filthy! The floors needed a good vacuum and a good wash. We put on thongs after the shower as our feet ended up black if we walked around the apartment bare footed.

Perfect location, just off the centro storico, lots of facilities and shops around the hotel. Safe area, safe building, also not far from the airport. Apartment is clean, modern, very good equipped kitchen. Nice transfer service. Alessandro is the best receptionist I ever came across. Just ask and he has (or will find) the answer.

It's more of a luxury problem: the heating was too hot and could not set it lower. But I turned completely off and it was perfect, temperature outside was above 10°C.

Spacious apartment. Great air-conditioning. Very good central location near the main square and not far from the train station but quiet area. Really helpful reception staff. John sent us lots of information about restaurants and tours etc. They also booked us a taxi which was waiting for us at the train station when we arrived.

The neighborhood is perfect for first-time sight-seers, epic walking tours and so many nearby museums, famous streets, etc. A great value for the money.

More welcome amenities would have been nice, there was only instant coffee, and it was too late to shop in the neighborhood when I got there (which isn't their fault). But they were lovely.

Super location, very spacious, clean. Quiet despite the busy neighbourhood. Staff very friendly. Helpfull staff to order a taxi and give advice. Great area with lots of bars and restaurants. Perfect basis for a short stay in Napoli.

We were staying 4 nights in the summer, every day 30(+) degrees. So it can be expected that you may want to shower in the morning and evening. One large towel (and one small one) for the entire stay is the only negative feedback i have. When i asked for a change in towels, the initial response was that towels are not included and would be charged at 12.50 per person. Luckily they then offered a clean towel free of charge. Again, i would recommend the place to stay and will for sure come back, i just hope that the towel policy can be revised when someone is staying for more then 2 nights.
