Chose this place because close to Duomo, and for walking exploring Naples. We had a Clean, quiet room with self catering facilities if we had wanted to eat in our room, it had a little kitchenette with kettle, hob, sink, saucepans. lovely coffee made for us for breakfast in the smart communal diningroom and very helpful concierge on duty at breakfast in the mornings.Room was made up daily with clean towels etc as needed..

The weather was wet the first 5 days of our week long stay, we needed hooks on the walls and doors to hang wet coats , also more places to hang wet towels to dry and of course, needed somewhere to hang our socks underwear etc to dry, there wasn't enough provision for these needs. The breakfast was slightly disappointing because where was the lovely Neapolitan Bread and croissants?! Never saw any, no fresh fruit and no plain organic yoghurt, no eggs, only highly processed factory made stuff on offer...there was packaged ham and extruded style cheese and sliced industrial bread..and sugary sweet industrial factory yoghurt low fat., but full of sugar.

Beautiful, ultra modern apartment. Loved the big door on the street with the little pedestrian door inset. This leads you to the authentic, rickety, old lift which takes you to the 4th floor. The guy in charge is friendly and informative and speaks a little English. The breakfast is buffet style and has everything you need to start your day. No fried breakfast though. I highly recommend this accommodation.

It was in a good central location,with two metro stations within 7 minutes of walking,restaurants and bars within walking distance the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.

The only thing I would have liked was breakfast running for an extra hour apart from that every thing was perfect.

The accommodation itself was excellent. The entire place was spotlesssly clean, including my room (which was also cleaned every morning once I left for the day's excursion). The bed was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on. The location was superb, and I felt extremely safe staying there as you need to submit a code before entering the main establishment and then another code to get into Skyhouse Duomo. The owner was there every morning offering to make coffee alongside the breakfast spread which I thought was a nice touch!

The only thing that I feel could be slightly improved is the breakfast. Don't get me wrong, the breakfast was fine and enjoyable. A basic selection of bread, butter, spreads, cheese slices and meat, yoghurt and mini cupcakes, cookies (fresh and packaged) and a type of Italian sponge cake. The breakfast was the same every day so some variety would have been nice (perhaps fresh croissants on one of the mornings), and again it was very basic but atleast there was a selection but this is minor and more of a personal preference but I thought I would include it for improvement purposes of the accommodation should they choose to take it on board :) Thanks for a lovely stay!

The owner was really friendly and welcomed us immediately. The communication in advance was really clear and he responded also in between if you needed anything. The location was perfect. Not to far from the mainstation and center. We took a taxi with freenow.

The bathroom had some mold... They should let it check for any kinda ventilation because I didn't enjoy showers or bathroom because of the mold.

Very modern and our room was nice and big. Cleaned every day also. Loved the old style lift up to the property.

My only 👎 would be the over head shower did not work properly so had to use hand held part which had no bar to rest it on at a height. Breakfast pictures showed fruit so was disappointed none was available and when I ask if any would be the answer was no. Cakes, toast, yogurts, cereal, ham & cheese were though so didn’t go hungry.

The hotel is in a very good location, 2 minutes walk to the Cathedral of Naples and another 2 to the historic centre. You truly feel the vibrant city that Naples is by staying at Skyhouse Duomo. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The property was very secure and we feel safe, with a passcode to enter the building at anytime. The room was spacious, clean with very good lighting. The bed was big and very comfortable.

The bathroom with the glassdoor might not be convient for friends as you can see people having their shower from the bedroom. Also, there was no proper water drain in the shower, hence causing an overflow of water in the bathroom

The property had all the facilities we needed, was clean and our host was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was varied and the coffee was amazing.

Netflix on the TV wasn’t working

Loved the location, perfectly close to the popular, busy streets but not in the middle of it all either. The space itself is lovely, we traveled with two kids (1 & 9) and we loved having two separate spaces with two beds. The front desk staff were great, they made us hot beverages - and the breakfast was adequate, continental fare. The building may be old but wonderfully renovated inside.

This is such a small thing, but the bathroom is surrounded by glass and the door didn't close all the way. Would be better if the glass was fully frosted so you can't see the person inside, for more privacy.
