The apartment is very large and spacious. It is easy to get to and is located in an area that allows you to get to many interesting things in Napoli. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean. There was the breakfast up the street which was excellent. Each day we had coffee and breakfast item of our choice. Everything was good. The best part of the experience though was Nicola who went out of his way to help. He ensured our check in was smooth and our departure equally so. He helped store our luggage and even arranged for our taxi. He was always responsive and helpful.

In some places it is a slight inconvenience when you only have one key and two people. It means a little more coordination in terms of returning to the apartment if you have done different things during the day. The shower was good - and the handheld had lots of good water pressure. The overhead rain shower however leaks and needs a fix. But it did not interfere with showering.

Excellent central location by Via Cavour metro, easy walk to Archeological museum, etc. Reasonable price for the great location and room was overall functional, but be aware that the property is not as bright and shiny as it appears in the pictures. As long as you have the right expectations, then you can be happy in this place.

Room was dark, overlooked interior courtyard with scaffolding (but on the plus side, it was very quiet!). The photos were not representative of the more basic room that I got (1). It was tight (but we were using the single murphy bed) and the furnishings were somewhat worn and tired. Manager was not on site, didn't seem to be very interested on the dealing with me, was in a rush to answer any questions.

Location was really great and it was easy to find. It was quiet at night so slept well. Room size was good, it was huge, suitable for 2 couples, or a couple with children. Plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. Bathroom was fine, shower was good. Towels provided were good. Able to make tea and coffee in shared space. Choice of teas. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Table and chairs in the 3 person room were handy. The door to get into the building was very secure and there was someone there every day. There were hairdryers.

The entry system was hard to work out.....you have to know to turn the handle several times for the door to open. It wasn't just us who struggled with it as you could hear others. The door was sometimes open. The WiFi cuts out sometimes when trying to log into the system. We were lucky it wasn't raining as we did the check-in online outside the building. There is no lighting at times in common area (motion sensor maybe not working). We didn't really need a cleaner to clean the floor every day. The internal doors weren't very secure looking. No breakfast provided.

We have had an amazing experience staying at the Per Amor Duomo. Nicola, the host, was one of the kindest hosts we have ever experienced - very flexible, kind and relaxed, providing all the info we needed. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the location was fantastic. We also very much enjoyed going for a breakfast in a cute café, just couple of steps from the accommodation. The croissants there are 10/10! The location is central to the old town, so all facilities are within a reach of a walking distance.

We were very satisfied with this flat, its equipment his staff and the location too. We have enjoyed our breakfasts in the small caffe on the same street, it was only about 30, 40 meter far. We liked living right in the city center, it was a short walk to the centro storico, the metro and the bus. It was no problem to get anywhere without difficulty. There was an excellent pizzeria around the corner. Whats App communication worked perfectly, we had got all necessary informations about our check in - there was the owner Nicola waiting for us in the flat. Air condition worked without problems. We have everaday cleaning servise in our rooms. Also check out went without any problems. We were pleased to be able to keep our luggage in the apartment until the afternoon, as our plane did not fly until the evening.

We were completely satisfied. But someone might mind that the apartment only has a small common kitchen for all three apartments without a kettle or stove, but there was a fridge (and it was great for cooling watermelon and prosecco). The street under the windows was busy and noisy, but as I say, we really liked it. Even our children.

The room we booked (Regina) was very spacious (could easily fit a family of 4) and had a nice esthetic. The check-in went well, Nik contacting us prior to our arrival and giving all the information. To get to the room you need to unlock 3 different doors, which made us fill secure that our things are safe in the property. The bed was comfortable (on the harder side, which we like) and there is place to arrange your clothes. There is a small balcony in the room, where we enjoyed our breakfast (that we prepared ourselves). The location is great, on the street of the Duomo, Naples Cathedral, within the historic center of the city. Down the road there is a supermarket and all around are many restaurants and anything else one would need. Bear in mind that the centrality of the property means it is quite noisy, although this did not really bother us – just closed the balcony doors and turned on the a/c. Nik gave us good recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the city.

The shower has a very big and tall rain shower head, although we found it quite useless as the water didn't come out it properly and mostly didn't fall on our heads. We used only the lower hand shower head, which you cannot hang above your head :-/ Also, the water didn't drain very well in the sink. In general, we felt like the shower room could get a bit of an upgrade. The common "kitchen" area was also a bit disappointing. There is a fridge, toaster-oven, cutlery, and mugs, but we couldn't find any plates or a kettle. And there is no place to dry dishes.

Superb location in the old town, but extremely quiet.

We had booked the room with breakfast included. Host told us by mail that we coud get breakfast in a nearby cafe, but did not reply when we asked him how that would correspond to the "breakfast included". Shower door seal is broken so the bathroom is flooded when taking shower. Bed has stylish metal frame with very sharp corners at the foot. Hitting them while walking through the room really hurts.

Communication was great, and GPS directions got us right to the B and B. We appreciated the elevator. There are lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were clean, and security was wonderful. Consuelo was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the designated spot without any issues.

Parking was a nightmare for us. We couldn't find the designated lot due to construction, and it was pretty far away. When we finally found it, it cost 35 euro to park there just for one overnight.

The hostel is very well situated to explore the city and to reach by public transportation. The room was very comfortable and entails pleasant features and a nice interior design touch. Nicola is a very kind host, making sure everything is to your liking.

The self checkin app and mechanism are not very intuitive to handle, but manageable after few trials. It could have been nice to have something at the common kitchenette counter to make tea or coffee by yourself, however Nicola very kindly offered to bring a coffee from outside, thus being a nice surprise in the morning.

Nice quiet location. Overall spacious rooms. Beds are comfortable (though somewhat small if you are 1m90). Walking distance to great bars & restaurants.

One of the recommended restaurants (Lombardi 1892) is a definitely NO-GO (blend/tasteless food).
