lovely clean stay, a little difficult to find as google maps was confused. it is marked on the wall to the left of the bakery, so read the signs, we did ask in the shops. we were early, lucky for us we met the person on duty was going out the door otherwise we would have had to wait for our meeting time as there is no one on permanent duty. area is safe, supermarket and bakery downstairs. direction to station centrale 20min, has 5 euro pizza bargain along the way

difficult to find, pay your tourist tax beforehand. the fact that there's no one on duty and we had no mobile data. if u need anything leave a note on the desk. didn't top up tea during stay. no answers to my messages via the booking.com website.

Perfect location, clean, great kind host who did as much as he could to help me and value for money. I visited the catacombs and the underground city. Definitely wort it. I also were at Vesuvius, it was a beautiful view and lovely hike. I could see the gas coming out from the volcano. the city is full of life, colors, Maradonna :), cathedrals and great food. I was at the Amalfi cost before and it was nice to pay like half the price.

The sign is not that big to find the place and the house is big so it takes a bit of a walk and an elevator to reach the door. It is not a big deal though, just information.

Central to exploring the city, served by metro and close to the Archaeological museum, catacombs and the upcoming area of Sanita (where you can find some great local pizzerias and new attractions.. My room was clean with a private bathroom, air conditioning/heating and access to a lovely terrace. I have stayed in this area of Naples many times and Sansevero was the best, most economical and I was met by a person instead of collecting a key!! I will be back.

Excellent location (close to the museum, both metro lines and central station in walking distance), directly next to a supermarket and a very good pizza restaurant (Lombardis) just down the road! Our room was very quiet (101) because it didn't face to main road. The accommodation itself is hard to find but our host Andrea showed us everything. Note: You'll need to check in on an app beforehand, then Andrea will text you on WhatsApp. His English is not the best though, so communication was sometimes a bit difficult. All in all, a great place for Neapolitan standards; Naples itself is not the greatest city though (imo).

Andrea who is the point of contact for guests was excellent and when there was a minor issue, he was at the property within a couple of minutes of sending the text. Comfy beds and room as advertised. Able to leave suitcase on day of departure and pick up later.

I missed the point the b&b is in a larger building, whilst not an issue, would have liked to know.

It is close to the basilica, we arribe before the check in time and the host allow us to leave the luggage in the room and gave us the keys already of the room. Super nice!

The area may be little noisier for some, anyways we didnt have a problem to sleep as we were super tired after lots of traveling and walking.

Very responsive and nice host, very clean place, great location near to the metro station and also a walking distance from most of the attractions. There's a bus stop nearby where you can take a bus to the airport. There are two Pasticcerias nearby: Rescigno and Primavera both with delicious sweets. Good value for money. Totally recommend it.

Very comfortable & suited most of my needs, I spent the majority of time out during the day & evening, but my overall stay was good value without any issues.

Generally in an area where it's close to public transport & walking distance from other places to visit. There were plenty of eating venues in the location & I found it easy to get around.

Beautifully central and very safe! The room was lovely! Andrea the b&b host came and found us because we got a little bit lost and showed us our room and explained all the facilities available! We had a lovely big outdoor terrace! Highly recommend!

Not very trustworthy elevator the interior of the building was somehow crazy and confusing, but not really annoying, rather curious
