Good coomuniaction with the host via WhatsApp, where one gets all necessary instructions how to get to the apartment. The apartment itself is located in a very large building in a back part of the building complex, the first time to get there is a little bit adventurous not to get lost. There are two rooms for rent in the apartment, so I guess you can find yourself sharing the living/kitchen area with another guest/s. The bedroom has its own bath though and the door can be locked separately. The bed was really very comfortable. You can also use the small terrace ouside the apartment (surrounded by the 12-storey buildings around it) for having a beer or so. The noise from the streets gets to the room through an open space between the buildings, it was not particularly disturbing though. Overall, it was alright for that part of Napoli. It is good, that there is a washing machine, if you need to wash your clothes, did not use it though so not sure it is working properly. Location is alright, not far from subway station and you can walk to most of the usually visited places in centre of Napoli.

Above the door in the bedroom, there is this small emergency exit sign, which is probably a must by law in Italy, as you can see it everywhere. In this case, the sign was however extremely bright, so it was quite disturbing for sleeping. The window in the bedroom leading to the terrace, could not be fully closed and/or locked. The locking mechanism was simply broken. Similarly, a few of the amenities would require repair or renewal - be aware especially of the cupboard doors in the kitchen - some of them fall out completely. Understand it might get destroyed by the guests, however a regular check and repair should be done.

The staff were so helpful and friendly throughout the whole visit. It ensured we were able to relax as any issues we had they solved immediately. It was nicely situated within walking distance to the centro storico and had good facilities including the metro stop nearby.

The room was very loud. But I think that is because the people we stayed with had young children who would scream and run around a lot.

We booked this room via Booking.com and overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The owner was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering assistance throughout our stay. He even let us stay in and leave our bags in the apartment after we've checked out! One standout aspect was the location – conveniently situated near key attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore Napoli. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for its value, location, and overall hospitable environment.

The only recommendation would be to add a bit more amenities to the rooms and bathroom, like soap, towels, a carpet.

Excellent apartment. Very clean, great facilities, and in a convenient location. Hosts were brilliant. Very helpful and kind, messaged to make sure everything was okay for us. Highly recommend as a place to stay if visiting Naples and exploring the nearby area.

Lovely stay was a clean and comfortable property. The host was super friendly too and made the effort to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Only thing i could say needed improvement were the curtains as they were quite see through.

Superb location, clean and spacious rooms, and extremely helpful and responsive host. Great base to visit the historical area, and close to supermarket and metro station too. Couldnt recommend it more. Beds are very comfortable.

Domus 42 is a great place to stay at Naples. It is easy to get around, Antonio (the host) is accomodating and helpful, we were happy about our stay. It is fairly quiet-especially for an apartment in Naples. Our room had a cool, artistic design; the bathroom was clean with enough towels for our stay and the kitchen is shared but well-equipped.

New host taken over, couldn't of been more friendly, picked us up from the airport, took us to the apartment and showed us round. Had his Whatsapp number for any issues, delivered fresh towels and toilet roll when required. Gave us recommendations of where to visit in the city.

The location is close to the metro. The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were also very well-equipped, as shown in the photos. Antonio was very responsible and helpful whenever we contacted him. He gave us a bigger room than the one we booked. He also gave us a voucher for a snack and coffee at a nearby cafe, thank you!

It’s newly renewed and in a great location. The host is super helpful and attentive, plus, I forgot one airpod and he immediately checked how to get it back to me. Great stay!
