The location was perfect. Located on the 10th floor with spectacular views over the city, the sea and mount Vesuvius. Cleaning was daily and thorough, breakfast was tasty, host was friendly and attentive. Needed late check in and it was possible even though it is a private property. Definitely will recommend to all my friends considering accommodation in Napoli!

Not really a negative but worth mentioning: the elevator is an old kind and does not remember which floors it was called to. If you call it while on the move don’t expect it to come. You need to wait for it to be still.

The location was exactly in the Center of town many shops around our area.

Breakfast was within the price of our reservation but when we went to eat we asked what we were entitled to because it was in their pastry shop and the woman in the cashier told us each of 3 puff pastry, but this was not the case and our host said: We were entitled to one each and a coffee also double espresso counts for two coffees, not one.

Location is excellent. Very quiet, we didn’t feel noise of the city at all. Very clean, big room. We got very detailed instructions how to get to the property. We came late from Rome, keys awaited close to the property.

No utilities. There is kettle in the kitchenette, but no plates, spoons etc. You need to buy it all (together with tea bags or coffee in the supermarket, which is very close to the property.

It was perfect for our stay and in the historic center of Naples. We arrived late but we had all information provided for checking in. The room was cleaned everyday which we didn’t expect but loved.

We had breakfast included and the food options was not great so we only went on the first day and the last day just for coffee. There was no descriptions on the food so I picked whatever I was presented and unfortunately it was not something we enjoyed

I liked that it was a sizeable room and there was a fridge and safe facilities. Breakfast was nearby in the owners bakery. The staff were friendly and helpful in the bakery. I had a good view looking over the city. I was greeted when I arrived and taken to the room which are on the 10th Floor of an adjoining building. It had good air conditioning and a lovely bathroom. It is easy to travel around either on the metro or using the buses.

I would have liked to see tea and coffee facilities in the room. As a solo traveller it was a little isolating as you do not see anyone there. However if you value your privacy that may be an advantage

The room 3d floor has a nice view at via Foria.It was clean.There were shared kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave etc).Near to the historical center,metro and train(walk 15min).The owner was very polite and helpful.

The breakfast advertised as "included" is ONLY 1 coffee or juice and 1 croissant and served at a shop (near the room) by rude employers( there is exception 1 or 2 professional employers of total 7-8). At the bathroom is installed a noisy fan (probably defected) sounds like helicopter and that was the reason that we did not turn on the main bathroom light.

The accommodation is at 10th floor and we had a great view. Everything was closed (shops, metro station, restaurants). A little bit noise, but this is Napoli. We had some problems with the fridge and the owner changed it very fast.

The owner should take into consideration to put some basic staff for a kitchenette, at least two glasses.

Gianmarco the host is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Keeping in mind this is Naples, location is great, surroundings are authentic, and most places of interest accessible by foot. There's also a supermarket (well-known chain) right next door. Fresh and tasty pastry and coffee for breakfast in the owner's pastry shop right next door. Access to the rooms is via an internal courtyard which also houses a bakery, a delicatessen, butcher's etc. all belonging to the same owner's. We liked it.

Only thing I can think of is that sound proofing between rooms could be improved.

Amazing view up on the 10th floor. Right in the centre of old town Napoli close to everything. The family that own this and all the cool restaurants and cafes nearby were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and just overall really nice. They spoke fantastic English and answered all the questions I had. The one guy who didn't speak English and I didn't know enough Italian, was busting my balls at one point for misunderstanding what he said and we had a good laugh about it. The air conditioning was great! The shower was amazing. Room has everything you really need in it. But if you're planning on staying here, you'll be more interested in all the places to see nearby.

That part of town can look a bit rough, but I didn't have any problems while there and I was out every night walking around by myself.

Very comfortable staying! The room looks better then the picture! I love the balcony view every morning we sat there for a little. The Host very lovely! He gave us a map of the city sites. The apartment is close to the metro so it was very comfortable. And! Every morning a cleaning lady organized your room it was very nice

There was only one trash can in the bathroom it will be more comfortable if there was another one in the room.
