The view from the 12th floor, to the center of Naplea, was wonderfull. It cames with the noise of the busy street, but it is wonderfull. You see the sunraise and the sunset from the balcony! Wonderfull! Near the old city center, near the metro, near stores and places with street food, also with restaurants, places to buy suvenirs, good place to be in Naples! Nice simple breakfast, good hot croissant (you choose the day before what tipe) and ok coffe, brought to the door at the hour you want, between 8 and 10. Good Light, but when it gets hot, you can shut the blinders, they work great. There is a good small refrigerator in the room!

Newly refurbished room, lovely breakfast, nice view from high up floor, host responded fast for general inquiry, detailed instructions for checking in and entering the building. Located not far from metro station and central station. Busy area with plenty of restaurants and stores around. The bathroom was clean and new, and there is small table with seats for breakfast, and a loveseat which is nice to have in the room. The shutter helped blocked the sunlight a bit. Last, having AC in the warm weather was a big nod!

Really busy neighbourhood means constant noise disturbance from the main roads (not the B&B itself). Ear plugs definitely helped, in the summer it's better to also use eye mask if you're easily woken up by sunlight. Having white noise on also helped a lot.

A Perfect Stay with the Best View of Naples! We had a fantastic experience at this B&B in Naples. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the 12th floor — truly the best way to take in the city! We enjoyed a warm and delicious breakfast with this incredible view, which made our stay feel extra special. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was exceptionally responsive, answering all of our questions quickly and kindly. We also really appreciated the help in booking a cab to and from the airport, which made our travel stress-free. After check-out, we were able to store our luggage for a few hours, which gave us more time to explore Naples without worry. Overall, everything was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable. Highly recommend this B&B for anyone visiting the city!

Nice location near the center and great view from the room. The host was accommodating, helpful and friendly. They served the breakfast at your preferred time in the room which was nice and convenient.

There is only one elevator to access the B&B on the 12th floor. During our two-day stay, it happened twice that the elevator was not callable and we had to take the stairs

I had a wonderful stay at Nel Cuore di Parthenope! The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable but the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Francesca was fantastic—she was very welcoming and available, and took the time to explain the self-check-in process, which was smooth and easy. Breakfast was served right in the room, and it was absolutely delicious—a perfect way to start the day. A special mention also goes to Jaghat, who was incredibly kind and available. He made sure we had everything we needed and that we were always comfortable. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Naples!

Probably the best property I have booked yet. It was beyond expectations. It was super easy to get to and Francesca our host made the journey so much easier from start to finish by being available to contact at anytime via WhatsApp. The best customer service was provided. Free breakfast was included in our package and it was gorgeous to wake up to each morning. We had Nutella croissants along with doughnuts , orange juice and tea that was freshly made. We ate these on our wrap around balcony where we probably had one of the best views of Naples . It was like something out of movie. Absolutely breath taking. The room itself was super clean with everything you could imagine available along with secure . The jacuzzi was massive and so easy to use . Each day the room was cleaned and fresh towels were given . Everything was within a short distance to the property . Including both the local and central train stations , the airport , museums and beautiful restaurants / shops. There was even a supermarket right below the building. The location was perfect .

Our aim was: to visit Naples and the surrounding area (to touch and discern: Sorrento, Capri, Positano and Amalfi). This place is excellent. Wonderful, hospitable and helpful hosts. Wonderful Francesca - will arrange everything, even transport during a transport strike. The place is clean, comfortable, cleaned daily and quiet. Breakfast delicious and fresh - all varieties of bread and dolce super quality; coffees (I took several types) - very good. Cool location - on the edge of Centro Storico, very easy to get there even after a night out and being tired, as you don't have to wander - it's close to big, easily found streets. At the same time, it is in good walking distance to key, touristic places. So both wonderful hosts and a super place. We will definitely be back there.

The accommodation was great, very clean and had a picturesque view over the city and harbor. The staff, especially Francesca, were very helpful and constantly were there to support us in any way possible. The breakfast was simple but delicious, served normally at 8 AM. One morning we had an early tour and we requested our breakfast before 8 and Francesca was really kind to arrange that for us. I highly recommend this B&B if you find yourself in Naples.

The city is very loud so you might consider closing the balcony door during the night as the traffic noise might disturb your rest.

Great stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean, neat, and exactly as described. The owner was fantastic at communicating and made check-in and our overall stay very easy. Highly recommended! The morning included something like a croissant and a coffee (your choosing)

We did not know for an extra tourist tax which was payable only in cash, but I guess it was a common thing in Italy

This is accomodation of 5 rooms on 12th floor of 13-stroy building. Access to it is a bit tricky for the first time, but the owner contacts you via Whatsapp beforehand so it is not of a big problem. Breakfast is delivered to your room at agreed time, you can choose only Italian breakfast (pastries), but as much as you want. Nice. Location is good, only 10min walk to cathedral and main street in centre (Spacca Napoli). Metro station line1 is also 5-10min walk away that takes you to Dante square, Metropolis and Spanish quarter. Would reccomend for short stays! Will be back.
