Excellent location excellent facilities and very friendly staff who were extremely accommodating and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

After reading several reviews I was a bit concerned however everyone was very welcoming, check in was quick. We were given a lovely room with air-conditioning and a good shower in the large bathroom. This hotel is exceptional value for money. I would definitely return.

Coffee machine for breakfast was a bit hit and miss, however breakfast staff would also serve you coffee at the table which was much better.

Location is really convenient if you are coming to see the city. Definitely good spot to start exploration of the city. When we departed we were waiting for the taxi outside thw hotel. Gentleman who finished his work in the hotel stopped by car and asked us if we want a lift to the nearest station. Fantastic guy. We had our taxi but this meant a lot especially thet few monutes before that he was feeding fiah in hotel aqaurium and showing it tou our daughter. At rhw end of the days its people who makes memories and he made a great one for us. Staff was also very freindly and accomodating.

It is very old building and would need a bit of touch inside.

The team on Reception were very helpful, smiling & always with a nice greeting, especially Lucrezia who was exceptional throughout my stay, helping & ensuring my stay at the hotel was fabulous every day. The breakfast team were also very positive, delivering great customer service every day.

It would have been good to be reminded of the Naples local daily tax which came as an unwelcome shock as I was checking out!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Naples near to the airport (€21 taxi ride for 4 to airport) Hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The room was massive. Very comfy. Fridge provided with water, towels, hand wash, shampoo, and shower gel. Air-conditioning. We had room 404. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly, flexible and helpful staff. Great location—close to the airport, but also within walking distance of the city centre, bus stops and metro stations. Daily room cleaning. Nice view from the rooftop and the balcony.

It's not the hotel's fault, but the street is quite noisy despite the three layers of windows. The elevator is a little unpredictable (old building). By Italian standards, the breakfast offers a wider selection, but as a foreigner, you might find the variety a bit limited (boiled eggs, sliced cheese, mortadella and ham, orange, apple, yogurt, and various types of sweet and savory pastries).

The hotel is an oasis in the mist of the chaotic city center of naples. Everything works properly and on time, the stuff is super kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was actually very big, with big wardrobe and 3 huge windows that had a view in the city center, the capodimonti hilll and the botanical garden. The water pressure and the temperature of the water in the bathroom was absolutely perfect!!! Since it was really cold these days in Naples, we enjoyed this a lot. Also the breakfast is value for money. A lot of sweet options and a few savory (this is quite normal in Italy, to have a sweet for breakfast). Extra bonus: They stuff was also flexible when we requested to add breakfast only for one person of the room.

Some minor restorations(not even a renovation) in the bathroom could be of use.

The hotel location is great as it is near the historic center, the archeological museum and close to the airport.

I think that better cleaning of breakfast cutlery is required .
