The flat was spacy, having comfortable bed and two extra tables. It has a very nice atmosphere with large window looking into the street of Naples. As we were there during March, time to time we needed to heat the room via AC, but it was absolutely sufficient. Bathroom was also nice and clean. The cleaning of room was done on daily basis including the change of towels. I also need to mention that communication with the host was perfect, via whatsapp or in person. The wifi worked perfect as well.

The only harder thing was to climb each time stairs to get to the apartment, but that was something what we expected as it was written in comments.

I loved the building and the location, we walked to the centre every day. The room was nice and very spacious and nicely decorated. It was also very clean, the walk in shower was nice, easy to use and had good shower pressure. Also we liked the breakfast place, it was a little cafe/bar at the end of the road and it was pleasant. Just a good cup of coffee and a pastry of your choice (we would arrive around midday and have fewer options), we tried the sfogliatella pastry there it was so nice. The place felt authentic and it’s nice to speak with the people in Italian, they were friendly. Close by there were other bars and restaurants which we went to. There is a very good seafood restaurant we went to on our first night which is a few minutes walk. Its called ‘A Figlia d’’o Marenaro. Recommended by many Neapolitan people we met. Overall, I was very happy to stay here and would definitely stay again.

The only issue was the safe in the room, it wasn’t reset and we couldn’t use it. We did ask our host if this could be sorted but as we were only there for 2 nights it wasn’t fixed. Nonetheless we had a short stay so this wasn’t an issue for us. If you have poor mobility then the building isn’t ideal for you as you must go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the front door, for us this was fine we just carried our suitcases up and down. Maybe if you coordinate arrival with the host it would be easier or you’d get some help.

The hotel is at a very convenient location, close to the sights, the city center as well as to the train/bus station. The room was spacious and looked nice. It is a good value for money. The staff was very responsive, and happy to help (we communicated mostly via WhatsUp). Breakfast was offered at a cafe around the corner, not the poshest place, but definitely with some authentic Napolitan vibes.

For the prize point there isn't much to complain about. The one thing tat was annoying, is that with 1,8m tall, I couldn't see myself in any of the mirrors, as they all hang too low.

The room we booked was huge, very clean and nicely decorated. We slept well, even though you could hear some noise from time to time either from outside or the hallway. Breakfast was good enough and was served at a nearby coffee shop - it included coffee and some patisserie. The host was very helpful and accommodating - helped us with all the details for us to check in and check out during the night and even provided support in booking a taxi for transfer to the airport.

We would have enjoyed some slippers, as the floors were cold.

it was really close to a lot of Naples and within walking distance of the old quarter, although we ended up walking everywhere, it also really close to a main road that runs straight from the airport which was super convenient. the breakfast was decent, it was a token to use at a local cafe who had a decent selection of pastries every morning. the staff was super helpful on arrival giving information on getting around town and local things to see and do.

there were many utensils in the apartment, so everything has to be bought to eat and drink out

The contact with the owner was above expectations and better than with other accommodations we have experienced in Naples in recent years. The room was very spacious, well-equipped with all facilities and a nice bathroom with spacious shower area. Since we arrived from Stromboli early in the morning, we were able to leave our luggage at the B&B. Of course, it involves clear contact from both sides. Location wise it was good for us, walking distance to the historical center and there is enough to see, and before you know it you are on Via Toledo or the Spanish cartier ... in short, it was a pleasant stay.

The self checkin is very convenient. The instructions given by whatsapp before the arrival were clear and easy to follow. The includded breakfast on a near cafe was a nice detail, reading previous comments help us to find the place without any issue. The room was cleaned and tiddy. The owner help us to book a taxi to the airport (Thank you again Daniela)

All was good with our experience staying here. If I have to give a constructive comment will be the pillows were not as confortable as the bed. The rest was fine.

The B and B was clean, spacious, well equipped and great value for money. Communication with Daniela was super easy and made the stay easy. The bed was possibly the comfiest hotel bed I've ever stayed in, and at a 10 minute walk to Spaccanapoli and a 20 minute walk to the station, it is really well located.

We gave a 9/10 as we really enjoyed our stay, but rarely saw staff. To counter this, they were very accessible via WhatsApp/text. Also worth noting, but was actually a little plus for us, the breakfast is at a cafe 2 minutes walk away rather than in the B and B itself. We really liked this as it meant we had great espresso and pastries for breakfast, but appreciate this isn't for everyone's taste!

The B&B was really lovely - the shower and the bedroom were clean and well presented. Breakfast is served just around the corner at a nearby café which could be inconvenient but we enjoyed it - 1 croissant and a choice of coffee or orange juice. The housekeeper was really nice and the host was helpful although we didn’t meet her. Location really suited us with lots of good nearby restaurants and the street that our room overlooked was quiet at night. It was also only a 20 minute walk from the main train station which we didn’t mind walking.

The room was large, with a big bathroom and power shower. The mattress was really comfy. We requested extra pillow and blanket and had them same day.The mini fridge was very efficient and there was a coffee machine and a microwave. There was daily housekeeping {including fresh towels). The area was convient for transport all though we mainly walked to the center. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was a pastry of choice and cafe or juice. Great to start your day, we opt for takeaway and had our breakfast on the go or in our room. The air condition was working excellent and everything was really clean. Daniela was very accomodating and offered to helped us booked a taxi as our flight had an early departure. Taxi was on time and at a very reasonable price. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was value for money in a friendly neighbourhood. Keep in mind that it is on the second floor with no elevator. No problem for us. The check in was easy with a code which send to us by Daniela {via whats up} as we arrived late in the evening. Easy to find from the train station.

We would like it if there were some utensils and a bottle opener and a couple of glasses. And a couple more hangers maybe.Other than that nothing.
