Le Stanze del Prinzipe is a fantastic place to stay in Naples. It is very well located, next to bus stop, close to metro and to main railway station. Also a walking distance to City Center and its main attractions. The stuff is fantastic, very helpful, with very good communication (in English). Comfortable common space - TV room and eating room with refrigerator and coffe machine. Breakfast (typical Italian: coffee and cornetto or other dishes like panino napoletano etc) in Cafe Foria downstairs - very good, in nice place with nice people. In close area shops, restaurants (two of a very high quality - one with frutti di mare and one with pizza), gelato. The house is quite, with nice neighbors.

Really convenient location from train and metro stations and plenty of Naples landmarks. Nice atmosphere on the street outside with nice restaurants and places for coffee etc. Lively just outside but secluded and away from noise for peaceful night's sleep. Friendly and warm, welcoming staff. Beautiful building and rooms with very high ceilings. Nice little communal lounge area. Excellent air con. Lovely place for breakfast amongst the locals.

Location might not be for everyone depending on what you're looking for - it's a buzzy part of Naples. We liked that but probably good to flag in case it's not what you're looking for. Loved where breakfast was but good to know that you'll get a cornetto (or croissant/pastry) and a hot drink included, so not as filling/extensive as you may get elsewhere at hotel with breakfast facilities in house.

Location- nothing to say, central, close to everything you need. Cafes, shops, restaurants, museums, central bus/train station. Big spacious room, very clean. Have cleaning service everyday. Breakfast : You get cards which you can use for breakfast in the next door coffeshop. It was enough for us. every morning 1 cup of coffe+ a chosen bakery. you have also free coffee in the B&B. Everything was fresh and tasty. Staff : They were very helpful from the beginning to end. There is not. a single word to complain. thanks for everything

The room was historic and had plenty of unique touches with the furniture. The common areas were nice, with easy access to filtered water and coffee. The staff were also amazing! The breakfast offered is at the cafe downstairs, and the pastries are really nice.

The only downside was when we tried to walk from the train station with our luggage. The area that you walk through has large gaps in the cobblestones, and is rougher than I’m used to. The street that the property is on is fine though. I’d follow the advice that the staff gave us and use public transit if you’re coming by train.

This is our third stay at Le Stanze. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The common room decor is fun and quirky, and you can leave your stuff in the fridge there, where there is also a coffee machine. The rooms are big with high ceilings and windows that go from the floor to he ceiling, encased in beautiful wood. We had a car with us this time, which was no problem as they have an agreement with a paid parking 2 streets over...that was all arranged for us. It's in a historic part of town, and a nice walk to the more touristic historic center. Also a metro nearby. You get breakfast vouchers for the cafe next door, which is good, but the staff is not very patient with non-Italians. Warning: there are quite a few stairs to get to the hotel itself, so this could be a consideration for some people.

I would like a bit more light in the bathroom.

We stayed at this accommodation for 2 nights and was amazing. Very nice location, 15 minutes walk from the train station, the room was lovely, very big windows and the bed ...the bed was one of the most comfortable that we slept in. We also asked Giulia, the receptionist, to give the links so we can buy the mattress for our own bed at home. Giulia was amazing, very helpful and kind, and she recommended places to visit restaurants where we can eat nice traditional food. Lovely place, lovely host, and we highly recommend ❤️

A very nice place to stay while visiting Naples. It is an old building but with a lot of history. It was close to the subway, there were market stores in the vicinity. The most pleasant part of the stay was interacting with Giangi (the receptionist who took care of our stay), who made our trip very welcoming and helped us with finding out all the information we needed for transportation and visiting places near by.

The neighborhood was not very safe at night, but we managed to avoid staying late so this was not an issue for our group.

The room is spacious, with very high ceilings and cleaned daily. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The property located close to the historic center, and could be strategic point in the end of the trip as it’s relatively close to airport, but for a longer stay I would probably choose Vomera or Chiaia. Takeaway restaurant on the right side was quite good.

Our shower was getting a bit clogged and air was dry (there is aircon in the room, but I haven’t tried it). It would be good to have a safety lock on a window or the handle a bit higher. We were staying with a kid, and the handle was in the reach.

The breakfast was basic. It was a coffee and croissant from the cafe next door. But for us that was enough. The information given to us by Giangi and Julia was very helpful. And he was always available, either at the front desk or by WhatsApp.

There’s a lot of steps and no lift. Fortunately we got help with luggage from Giangi. There’s a lot of litter around. Street cleaning was done but not always effectively .

This authentic bed-and-breakfast truly gives one a sense of Neapolitan life. We loved the 17th century building, its original features and the Italian breakfast each morning (delicious espresso + pastry), located in the cafe downstairs where locals meet to start their days. The host, Giangi, was incredibly helpful and professional, and provided us with great information and recommendations! The location is conveniently situated a short bus ride from the airport. We would highly recommend Le Stanza del Principe to any traveler to Napoli.
