The host and staff were really helpful and accommodating. The rooms are super modern, we had a huge comfy bed and a massive bathroom with a multisetting shower. Although there’s no proper breakfast, a croissant and juice is brought to the room at about 8am, which was left in our room covered if we’d gone out early. There’s also some snacks and coffee pods which are replenished daily when the room is cleaned.

Location around the accomodation definitely felt a bit dodgy but it was good for transport links, we went out at night, etc. However if you’re a solo female traveller it might feel unsafe.

The room was very clean and spacious with a huge shower. The room had a nice view from the window as it looked out over a beautiful old church. The hosts were responsive and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. AC, hot water and internet all worked well, also Netflix. We were able to store our bags before check in which was really helpful too. Overall, had a great stay and would come stay here again.

We had requested a cot and a room with a bathtub however upon arrival found room did not have either. I checked the listing to make sure I did in fact book a room with a bathtub and I did, so maybe host needs to update on the booking platform to avoid further confusion.

Daniele was a great host and was always available on WhatsApp whenever I needed him he made lots of recommendations for restaurants etc for us. We wanted to check in early so he arranged for the housekeeper to help with this. there were some language issues but we were grateful for the flexibility of allowing us early access. The room is spacious, modern and clean with a lovely bathroom and huge jacuzzi bath with disco lights which the kids loved. Fresh warm croissants and orange juice was delivered to our door for breakfast which was a lovely touch, It was an easy 10 min walk to nice restaurants too. I would stay here again.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and the lift was very old and a bit scary for us to use. It works fine so maybe just us. there were stairs which we didn't mind using

The room was squeaky clean, breakfast served in the room every morning, staff friendly, gave us recommendations about what to see, best places to eat etc. Ten minute walk from the train station, 5-10 minutes walk to the historical center and archeological museum.

The area around the central station was a bit of a shock at first sight. Room said city view but didn’t have any, also elevator required 20c coin for each ride (room on the 5th floor). On the second day afternoon we were randomly texted that a guy will be going in our room to fix AC that same afternoon, so we had to stay out longer than expected and adjust our plans.

We only stayed here for like 16 hours as it was just a stop over before flying home the day after. I liked the the decor of the room, we had a lime wash effect with some dark wood panelling. The bed was comfy and there was just enough room for the double bed that in there for our 2 kids too. The room was clean if not a little dusty under the beds, the bathroom however was lovely and clean.

I didn’t like the location but we chose it as it was next to the airport. I felt really unsafe walking the streets. I also didn’t like that the location is classed as one place but then your host comes to get you and takes you across the street. This felt a little suspicious until we got there and realised it was legit.

The room overall was amazing. After some concern at the locaiton and "look" of the building on arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find such an amazing apartment, comfortable beds, spacious enough for the 4 of us and with such well mannered and attentive staff. Vittorio was super helfpful and recommended a restaurant close by where i can say i had the best pizza i have ever had. Definetly recommend the property for anyone wanting to visiti Naples.

The only negative would be the distance from the city centre if you dont want to use public transport or taxi, as the walk can be long and hard (especially with the way Naples drivers are), however, if you prefer to stay in the historical area with the bustling night life and locals, then this is super practical and only a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment was well and nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable, and the fridge was stocked with yogurt and mineral water. The shower was spacious with hot water and bath cosmetics provided. 200 meters from the apartment, there is a bistro where you could store your luggage for free and get a discount when ordering coffee and other items.

The downside was that breakfast was served from 9 AM. Unfortunately, we couldn’t take advantage of it, as we were leaving to go sightseeing before 9, even though it was included in the price. The elevator was working, but you need to remember to have a 20-cent coin to use it.

Casa Pacifico was a last-minute booking based on our tour leader’s recommendation, and it turned out to be a great find. We needed a stay close to Naples Centrale, and its location was perfect—within walking distance of both the station and the historic center. From the outside, we didn’t expect much, but once inside, the beautifully designed rooms were a pleasant surprise. They were stylish, comfortable, and offered a lovely view of the church from our balcony. Despite minor issues, the stay was enjoyable. Vittorio, who welcomed us, was incredibly kind and informative, making us feel at home.

The only real downside was that the elevator wasn’t working, so we had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor, which was quite a challenge. Another odd design choice was the bathroom’s glass wall, which provided absolutely no privacy—something to keep in mind if you’re sharing the room.

All excellent. The young man who greeted us sent tons of recommendations and even offered to make dinner bookings for us. Try to get the gorgeous corner room with the bathtub, if you can. We loved the views and getting sun on the balconies during our afternoon siestas. The breakfast is very Italian (small and sweet) but a great version of it. Overall the room was exactly the spacious, airy retreat we needed after the craziness of the historic centre

It’s a bit dicey getting up in the tiny elevator. I am not a large person but it was definitely a squeeze with my husband + luggage.

In the end, we had a really unpleasant experience. Upon arrival, we were told we can leave our luggage in the hallway of their rooms and lock the door. They can always unlock the door from a distance. When we got back to pick up our luggage, no one answered, I called three different phone numbers, texted, and rang all the doors. I also wrote through a Booking app, where a man on the other side sent me a 100-word long insulting message and still didn’t open the door. Finally, when my husband went to another location (they have two locations) and rang the bell, we somehow managed to open the door. The first day the staff was very friendly, the second day the person on the other side was insulting, did not even introduce himself.
