Did not take the breakfast option. Access to the 3rd floor is via a 10c operated lift, so had to manage the small change. The room is neat although small, but manageable with a comfortable bed. The location is about 1km from the main station. If you want to immerse yourself in the life and heart of Napoli this is it. The building is old and on a busy street so you will get the daily street life, the neighbours conversation and the smell of food. Because the building is designed around a courtyard the sounds are amplified. The room is a gem in this surrounding.

Not a major issue, but the balcony is understandably small and gets hot as the aircon is also installed there. Had to have it turned off to sit there in the evening. Bathroom is private, but 2 doors down the passage.

This is a perfect little spot in Naples for small friend groups or couples traveling! Alessandra is so great, we had some flight delay issues and rental car problems and she stayed up until she knew we were able to get access to our room. We stayed in the room that can accommodate five people, it's a single bedroom with a queen bed, single bed, and pullout couch. There were three of us, and the space was fine for us. However, if there are five people just be aware that it is a single room so limited space and storage. There are four shelves for clothes as well as a clothes rack with hangers, it worked great for us as we were only there for a couple days. The unit has air conditioning which was great, the bathroom is renovated and very large, and the windows have shutters that block out the airplanes flying overhead pretty well. There is a cute coffee/pastry cafe a minute down the road from the air b&b, and the central train station is about a 10-12 min walk.

The beds were pretty stiff, but not to the point of extreme discomfort. The pull out couch was surprisingly comfy. There are not a lot of outlets available in the room, I would definitely bring an extension cord or power strip of your own.

The location is quite easy to reach from the central station. It's quite convenient to stroll into Centro for food and to explore. The room itself is very quiet and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They helped with the few requests that we had and were very responsive.

Shower didn't drain very well. The location is on the 3rd floor of a residential block, so be aware if you are bringing heavy luggage like we did. There is an elevator which can carry 240kg max and fits 3 people without luggage, but it requires a 10 cent coin to operate each time.

Good option in Naples. Spacious room and large bathroom. The landlady was nice and helpful. Good price / night. Interesting building. Several good redtaurants next to the building or just a few blocks away. Situated in the older historical parts of Naples.

The accomodation is called B&B but breakfast was not included. The air-con could not manage the heat wave, the room was bery warm (+34 degrees C outside).

Certainly Ravello above Amalfi and Positano. Gran Caffè Gambrinus - the best café. Cala la Pasta - the best pasta. Pizzeria Napoli in Bocca - the best pizza.

The hours of Siesta and the coffee served in cafes. You can have your rules, but after many trips to Italy, Naples surprised us negatively in this regard. Often, even without ordering, waiters in restaurants or cafes, when faced with using English instead of Italian, treated us in a way that made us not order anything and leave.

The location was perfect. Super near the main station and others. For the price it was super comfortable. We paid for the room with the private bathroom and even so was super cheap, compared to other options. The building looks old, and has his peculiar things but it's Naples. So that's the way it works in all the area. Neighbours were friendly. And we barely saw any other guest. Alessandra made it super simple via WhatsApp and even gave us some great tips for breakfast, dinner, drinks and sightseeing.

We could hear the other guests, but that was because they were loud.

We stayed in King studio sofa bed room with city view. We got excellent instruction how to get in via WhatsApp. Hotel manager is reliable, caring and communicative. Room equipment was OK, WiFi and especialy air conditioning was working well. Hotel neighborhood is quite OK with no excessive noise in the night. Location not too far from public transport. Very good price-performance ratio.

Nothing important was bad.

The room was clean and good for a short stay! The host was really responsive, providing great recommendations and was able to help us with transport to the airport at a very early hour so that was really appreciated - particularly when the taxi was late, she was quick to respond regardless of it being very early and that put us at ease as she could communicate with the driver.

Although the area itself is close by to the station and other walkable sights, we did find at times it didn’t feel as safe as other areas within Naples. This didn’t bother us given it was a short stay and travelling together as a couple but I would consider other areas if you are a female alone.

Perfect room in a great location, very close to the central station and the historic centre. The host was very accommodating, we were able to check in earlier as well which really helped. There’s an option to leave your luggage for a few extra hours after your check-out. The bathroom is in the corridor so be aware of that but it absolutely wasn’t an issue for us. The room comes with a little balcony, there was even water left in the little fridge for us!

The B&B was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Alessandra is a very kind and helpful host, she send us some ideas, where should we going out, restaurants, bars or what food or beverage we must try. It was very kind of her. The check-in and out was easy, and the communication too. Every second day was cleaning. Absolute recommend Civico Vesuvio B&B.
