Very nicely decorated hotel in a beautiful quiet yard. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice small balcony with the view to the yard. The location is very central, close to many attractions. The host was very friendly, met us and showed what is there to see in Naples. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Since the hotel is in the Naples city centre, the area can get quite shady at night, but this is not the hotel's fault. For breakfast, only one option among many is served, the pastries we selected were delicious but we were happy that we bought more food for breakfast in the supermarket beforehand.

The property is in an older courtyard building with huge ceilings, impressive crown moldings, and historical architecture—including large windows and long hallways. Our family room had four beds and still plenty of space. Good location on a famous street with lots of shops and restaurants. Patrizia is a delight and makes check in very easy, and left cold water and pastries for us. She was also so helpful getting us a taxi for 4:30 a.m. the next day.

The walk from the train station to this property was sketchy. I wish we had taken a cab. With kids and backpacks we were just very out of place and the walk is not attractive.

We had a one room apartment with 3 beds and a bathroom. The balcony window provided an iconic view of Tribunali street. This place is in the heart of it all. Patricia was beyond helpful and a joy to talk with. She provided a simple, yet wonderful breakfast and detailed all the local attractions on a map for us to take. An authentic experience - you can't go wrong.

We arrived rather late and had trouble finding the right house. If we had just kept in touch with the host through the app! She had provided clear instructions and a picture of the front.

Good room - super clean and nice. Located in the end of a street in the old inner city. Fantastic host and really nice breakfast! Will for sure return next time in Naples !

Nothing to do with the apartment - but when entering the building, we took the elevator up (the type that goes outside on a building - placed inside the court of the building). Unfortunately, due to a general power breakdown in the neighborhood, the elevator stopped between floors, resulting in a 15 minutes not very nice experience in the summer heat. I guess that is just Naples and what happens.....But if you have some claustrophobia, I recommend to avoid the elevator.

The accommodation was really close to the Main Street and the city centre but it was quite in the room, the owner (woman) was really nice and cute, she was talking in Italian and we in English but everyone understood everything 😂 she gave us a little treat - cookies, Nutella, jam for free. She also tried to told us about the area, and in our last day she took our baggage for a while when we was in the city before our departure. She was like Italian mummy! I recommend!

It is centrally located in the heart of the historic centre. Our host was amazing and helped us with all our requests. Although their English skills were minimal, we were still able to communicate, and we were provided with a contact number in case we had any unanswered questions. A short walk to L’Antica Pizzeria and all other tourist spots. Breakfast included a great selection of pastries. It was great value for money.

Although the apartment more than met our family's needs, and we enjoyed the historic centre, it may not suit all families.

Great location at one end of Via Tribunali - easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the bustle of the heart of Naples. It’s also only a 15mins re walk to the station for trips further afield. The building is set back from the street in a courtyard behind a gate so it was very safe and quiet in the night (it’s on the 3rd floor, there is a lift). Our host Di provided everything we could’ve required (including asking if we’d like a kettle) and the room was kept clean and towels replaced etc. The room had a fridge and air con both of which very welcome in the Naples heat. Di also offered to do any laundry should we have required it! The breakfast setup is wonderful - you choose what you’d like for the following day and at what time and Di brings it to your room freshly made. There is a lovely friendly/welcoming feeling staying here, and I’d definitely recommend this as a base for exploring Naples.

The property could boast it's location as being in the old part of town, where visitors go to look at the outside of these old buildings. It was a real privilege to actually be inside of one of the old buildings, it has lovely high ceilings so plenty of air. It was fitted out with a modern bathroom, and breakfast table. the room was large and was very quiet , even though it was in the heart of Naples! There was a lift available to reach the room, from inside the private courtyard. The staff were gentle and very helpful. The food was given in generous size portions. Our breakfast was brought at exactly the time we had asked, and the staff had ordered our airport taxi transfer for us for the exact time we needed it.

We were very happy to have stayed there and had no dislikes at all.

What a gorgeous room! This is a lovely stay in a city we didn’t really love. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Easy access to restaurants and food, close to the main train station. Nice bathroom and beds. Simple breakfast included. Patricia was one of the nicest people we’ve meet whilst travelling and was extremely welcoming.

We hadn’t been to Naples before and the walk from the train station to the accommodation was quite dirty and had an icky feel to it. But the street of the accomodation was fine.

We highly recommend staying at Anima Partenopea. The place is located in the very center of the old town of Naples. The owners are very nice and helpful, they will be happy to order a taxi and do their best to make your stay with them memorable. The tenement house where the rooms for rent are located is extremely atmospheric and perfectly reflects the spirit of Naples - a naughty city :-) Everything is close from here. The hostess serves breakfast in the room, taking into account the individual preferences of guests, the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is efficient, what more could you want?
