Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super fast WiFi. Super quiet.

It’s on the 2nd floor, and once inside there was one more set of stairs. The toilet didn’t flush very well. There are no windows to the outside, just one to the hallway of the apartments, that doesn’t have curtains (it’s very high no one can see you). Air conditioning is not in the bedroom, and we couldn’t make the fan not rotate (it was broken). No place to hold luggage.

The host provided us with clear instructions, allowing us to easily access the apartment. The accommodation was clean and had a perfect location near Napoli Duomo and San Maggiore Church. It was a short walk to Piazza Plebiscito, and the train station was conveniently within walking distance, so we travelled to Salerno with ease. The apartment was well-equipped and that allowed us to prepare breakfast for ourselves. Finally, there is a Carrefour Express nearby where you can buy things you need. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Napoli.

The place was really nice and modern. It was located perfectly. We were able to walk around the neighborhood without any problems. We felt really safe during our stay.

The communication with the host was awful. They did not answer any of our questions. As I guess most places in Italy the building did not have an elevator, so we needed to bring the suitcases all the way up using the stairs. The place is located in a ZTL zone and the closest parking lot is like 10-12 minutes walking distance.

- The entrance of the property is located in a tiny alley which can be overlooked, so we had troubles to find the location

The rooms were bery clean, basic amenities were provided and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and there was netflix too. It was really secure and felt safe. The streets are quite small but within walking distance to a really local tourist point in Naples.

The bathroom shower doesn’t drain the water well … there were four flights of stairs which we were not notified for and it was quite tricky to find the place at first. The street is quite dark at night and there are not too many visible signs. There was also a really weird and noisy sound coming from the bathroom, think from the boiler, which was quite loud if you are trying to sleep and the doors are not closed. Our room had no window apart from the small one in the bedroom.

Good communication with the property owner, with clear and timely indications how to check-in (code/key). Good location in the historic town. Impressive comfort in a very old building. Affordable food shops nearby. Well equipped kitchen, allowing us to cook fresh food from the market.

Really nice apartment, cleaned and way different from the building itself. Good value for money. Perfect for a short stay, close to a lot of touristic areas!

A little hard to find at first, and a lot of chairs to go up with big bags (but I noticed that Italy has a lot of stairs and few lifts😅)

Rooms were not huge but comfortable and the air con was a life saver in the heat of this week! The Location was brilliant, near ancient buildings, artwork wherever you turn and great pizza places …

No much space in the kitchen area, in case you need to stay longer, and wish to do some cooking, it’s not ideal… it would have been a nice touch to find a basket with tea/coffee and few snacks for us at arrival.

Location, 5 min walk from the main "pizza street" Via dei Tribunali and 15 min walk from main train station. Nice and cosy room.

We had to initiate the communication for check-in, but in the end it worked out well. There was only one small window for the whole appartment.

Great place to stay when visiting Naples as a tourist. Perfect location in Centro Storico just next to Tribunali street (must see). Comfortable apartment with bathroom and kitchen, good internet connection, and quite comfortable beds.

The only downside of this place is a tiny window on the feet level. I imagine this is not something up to the host to change but future guests should be aware that natural light will not awaken them.
