Beautifully appointed rooms and dining area. They think of everything! Wonderful staff!

The three story walk up was difficult, but we were helped up with our bags which was unexpected and so kind.

Mr Fabio is a wonderful host and immediately makes you feel at home. He greeted me at the door and carried my suitcases to the hotel and wouldn't let me help. He's a true gentleman and the kindest soul you will meet. He went into great detail about where to go and what to try and went so much as to draw me an itinerary for my day. My bedroom was lovely and decorated very tastefully. The bed was comfortable and the linen incredibly soft. The Ac worked very well, and I had a safe and a fridge in my room with complimentary drinks and water. The day of my departure I needed to leave before breakfast at 7.30, Fabio ensured my taxi was arranged in advance and went so far as to prepare me a special personalized breakfast with delicious treats and coffee for me to have. It was such a kind gesture and a testament to the incredible hospitality he has shown me. I will forever be grateful and highly recommend staying here. Furthermore the location is ideal for anyone wishing to be in the heart of Naples old town. All the iconic sites are within a couple to a few min away by foot, including the Duomo. For the level of service, comfort, cleansiness, style and location of his hotel, I'd give.him a 4 on 4 star rating if I could.

For those that can't take stairs for health reasons be mindful there are no elevators. But otherwise very feasible.

The first thing is that if you have mobility issues or can't climb stairs, this place is not for you. 84 steps in all, no elevator. Otherwise, the room we had, first on the right as you enter, was compact, but nicely appointed, with pleasant sentiments on the wall and heartwarming decorations. The bed was firm, as we like it, and the bedding was readily changed for us when we found it too hot. The bathroom was clean, bright and well lit, a bonus for those doing makeup. There were a few issues, though; the toilet seat was very loose; only one button of the toilet worked (we were warned that the other rendered the toilet inoperative!); and the shower head wouldn't stay in place as the tightening screw was broken. Breakfast had a wide variety of offerings, from sweet local pastry and cake delicacies to a few cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruits, and eggs were on offer when Maria was on duty. You could come back at any time of day and help yourself to tea, coffee and biscuits. Others have commented on noise, but we didn't find this an issue. Finally, the staff, Fabio and Maria, are wonderful. Friendly, approachable, ready with advice or willingly checking out your requests if they're unsure, and Fabio helps you with baggage up and down the stairs. All in all, at the right price point, and fine to stay at for a few days, in the heart of the historical area.

The room was nice and clean, I liked that we could go to the kitchen and make a cup of tea or coffee at night. An Italian breakfast was served every morning, in the hot dinning room, they had air conditioner but it was only put on once in the 5 days we were there, that week there was a heatwave in Naples.🥵July.🥵 Air conditioner in our room, was good. The b/b is in a great location, great little piazza, and a fantastic restaurant at your door. We walked all over Naples, Spanish quarter/ Spaccanapoli, via Toledo, really enjoying the culture/ people/ and the most amazing food!!! Fabio was amazing! And very good at his job, he organised taxis and will organise anything for you.

The other person working was rude from day one, and doesn't interact well with guests. Three flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, maybe not the place for you.

We had a really lovely stay here. The location is super central, right in the heart of the old city, which made it easy to explore Naples on foot. The place had a cosy, homely feel to it, and one of my favourite parts was breakfast – everyone sat around one big table, which made it feel really friendly and relaxed. Fabio was such a great host. He clearly loves Naples and was so enthusiastic in telling us about the area, sharing recommendations and tips. But what we appreciated most was how kind and helpful he was – he carried all our heavy luggage up to the top floor himself, which we were incredibly grateful for, especially as my partner has a bad back. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want something central, welcoming and full of character.

Fabio greeted us and even carried our luggage up all the stairs. It is an old building with no lift so it is a climb. The room was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished with a really comfortable bed. There was a huge choice for breakfast, all very tasty. Fabio was so helpful with information about things to do and places to eat it was a shame we were only in Naples for one night.

Being in the old historical part of Naples, whilst close to the Duomo etc it can be noisy and is very busy. But of course that was our choice! Having said that the accommodation was an oasis of calm!

Everything was excellent. The host Fabio made sure that he was there to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor. His attention to detail was quite extraordinary. He made sure that our needs were met. The breakfast was excellent and the price was very affordable for the city historic center, walkable to everything. We felt that the shower, the bed, the room temperature was great. The location and access to restaurants is extraordinary.

It was a very old building with high ceilings so there were 84 steps. If you cannot do the stairs, do not rent here.

The room and bathroom are very beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and served in a nice dining area.

It’s challenging to reach the property with luggage. The public parking lot is far from the building, and accessing the area by car is not possible due to its location in the super busy historic old center of Naples. Additionally, the property is situated in a very old palace, making the stairs to the third floor difficult to climb.

The place is very central in Naples. You can easily go by walking to the main attractions. We are very thankful for the detailed information provided by the host! He is very nice and recommended us the best places to visit which we have reached on the same day 😊. The room was in perfect condition, very clean and the bed very comfortable!. The breakfast was really delicious. They had every morning some traditional patisserie from Naples wish we really enjoyed 😊. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family ❤️

Great location, comfortable room. We are a family of 4 and plenty of room for us all. Lovely and clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful staff- our flight was very delayed and they waited for us until very late which was much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. Taxi was organised on departure which was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. (There’s also a restaurant in the square just outside which does lovely pizza!)

There are a lot of stairs- but we didn’t find them a problem and staff were very helpful with luggage. Just something to be aware of.
