The location in Centro Storico is excellent for being able to walk to most places we wanted to see. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the free breakfast was better than anticipated - perfectly fine for fuelling up for the day. The aircon was in good working order which was welcome after a long day tramping around hot streets.

I chose the hotel because it showed there was a lift, but it turned out our room was not accessible by it - we had to go up an outside courtyard fire-escape style staircase, or use the lift and then come down a spiral staircase, so if this matters to you, do make it clear when booking that you need a room that is actually accessible via the lift. They are happy to help with luggage, though if you have mobility challenges it could be an issue. We asked for twin beds, which we got, but each bed was so narrow that turning over during the night was a "lift and drop" operation, as rolling over would have you straight on the floor...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Caravaggio. My late arrival was no problem at all for the friendly staff. The room was excellent with a surprising little balcony looking out over the city. The breakfast was good and the location ideal for exploring the city. All in all, a fine hotel.

Giuseppe and Wasim nickname ( zebe) are so good real pro's !!! friendly playfull .and the know al the bests deals !!! were too go .how to do it. never to much to help you out .breakfast very small .but everyday you get fresh baked picolos, croissant and marmer cake and super capucino ore cafe americano !!!! shout-out to house keeping everyday fresh towels and cleaning .location near the station and in the center of the old town eat drink shopping and very safe earia to walk late at night if I return to napoli I wil go back to the carravaggio hotel

you need to look true the napolita defaults here and there I needed e day to see the Roman's in it

Nice position, friendly staff, competent and helpful receptionists. Even though room decoration needs updating and air conditioning 'shooting' right to the bed could be improved, on the whole this is a convenietly located hotel to discover Naples right from the city's pounding heart.

Great staff, great location, room size and thank you to wasim and rest of reception staff for being as kind, and helpful as they were during my stay.

Only issue i had with the hotel is that sound travels in the so be aware if you are a light sleeper. Also ask about the wifi connection.

The location of the hotel and the hotel was very clean. Vacentino & Giuseppe at reception could not have been more helpful when we asked for any information we needed.

It would be best to email the hotel directly when booking. We found when booking we had to choose a comfort single room and a double room with booking com. Both rooms looked exactly the same and both had double beds and one was 150 euro more than the other. The hotel director could not explain the difference and tried to charge us even more extra on check out. The breakfast is very basic for a 4**** hotel.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. They helped with restaurant recommendations and taxi service. Anna made the best coffee and took pride in providing a lovely experience for our group. Definitely recommend.
