Simple but working. Great location. Not quite a Luxury Suites though despite the name, but a nice little appartment with bathtub. Domenico the host was superb, and helped us out and gave great pointers about Napoli. He personality came and picked us up from the city top upon arrival. The Duomo area is the place to be so you are right in the middle of it.

Small things. No biggie, but there was only a little bit of toilet paper, needed to buy more The area is busy so you will hear some noise from outside but that’s just Italian cities in general.

The room was very big, clean and equiped with every thing needed. Breakfest was pretty basic but just right for the price (pastries, coffe, eggs...). The rooms are located at PRIME location next to many bars, resturants and just 5 mins away from the Metro station. We were welcomed by domenico at late check out (as inscripted) but were contacted first via Whatsapp by Leonardo. Both were very nice and helpfull, and gave us recomnadations and help. Repeating - the room itselfs was very nice and big.

The rooms are on the main street which can be loud, but its obivous due to the location and honestly didn't bother us at all and didn't disturb our sleep. Breakest as I mentiond is pretty basic but were just right for the price.

Ideal location for many sites and the old town. Having 2 balconies in the red suite was lovely for people watching and soaking the atmosphere. The apartment itself was a real luxury. The gorgeous high ceilings, great decor, and all the wee added extra touches. Breakfast was served in the cave area and was so lovely. Lots of choices and some really thoughtful touches

This is a lovely guest house and a good value in Napoli. We had great communication with the hosts before we arrived and a quick check in at our arrival. They also shared some very helpful advice about getting around, etc. They serve a more traditional Italian breakfast but also had bacon and eggs. It's close to the museums and the metro station, and there are lots of good restaurants to choose from that offer quality food at very reasonable prices. If you're arriving by train ask the hosts for the best route if you plan to walk, or take the metro to Duomo - Google maps is less accurate.

I loved the whole experience at this hotel. The communication från Antonio and Domenico was outstanding! I came late to my check in, and they were really helpful to find me and give me the welcome I deserve, always with kindness and good mood. My room was a dream and the bed was one of the best I have slept.

I have nothing to complain about. I understand how Breakfast is served in Italy, so for me it was a nice and traditional Italian breakfast.

Antonio was fantastic. Check-in was easy and he was great with the communication and very helpful! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was much appreciated and very quiet unlike some.

The location was great if you don’t a little noise but it never disturbed my sleep. Even on a Saturday the noise stopped around 22:30.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of guests and help them get to their next destination. Truly kind people who care about the happiness and well being of their guests. The rooms were as nice as the pictures. I will definitely be staying here on my next stay in Naples.

The room was luxurious and beautiful. Great value. The pillows and the bed were very comfortable. It was the only place that we stayed, throughout our trip around Italy, that we were able to get a good night sleep. Antonio was the perfect host. He was gracious, kind, and a joy to spend time with. He provided us with detailed directions when needed and the recommendations of where to eat from street food to trattorias was appreciated and spot on. The food was incredible as well as affordable. We would definitely stay here again.

Toilet seat and the backs of chairs on the balcony were broken.

After an unfortunate start in Naples (nothing to do with accommodation), we were impressed by the luxury feel and size of the room. The jacuzzi bath was great. Location of the rooms was perfect and right in the centre of everything you need to see! Above all, we were most impressed by the staff, everyone was very smiley and kind. A special thanks to Antonio who went up and beyond for us, every day, he is a real credit to the place

Location on a safe bustling street in the historic center of Naples. There are plenty of places to eat and shop and major sights to see. We enjoyed our balcony views as well.

Takes a lot of keys to get from street to room but that's a minor complaint.
