Central position - in the heart of the historical center of Naples, close to a lot of main attractions. Word of caution- the bars nearby are very expensive, I do not recommend having breakfast in any of those close by. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment itself is nice. We had a view overlooking the main street and it was amazing. It’s quite soundproof considering its central location. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

It wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, but I guess that’s to expect considering it was an apartment and not a hotel. It would be nice to have coffee machine or tea pot in the apartment.

The room was very nice and clean in the historic center of Naples the host very kind and helpful.

You have to be careful for the check in and check out hours because for a late check in you have to ask and be there until 19.00 or else you pay 25 euros. We had a delay with the train and got nervous that we will lose the check in.

Excellent stay conveniently located in the heart of the historic center of Napoli. Our host, Antonio, was very responsive and helped us with a smooth check-in. Antonio even offered breakfast vouchers to the cafe next door for a cappuccino and croissant. The room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is large. The balcony overlooks the narrow streets in the historic district. Very charming B&B. We personally very much enjoyed our stay in Napoli and will recommend this place to anyone!

The location of the apartment could not be better, it is right in the center of Naples. Everything is within walking distance. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops all around. The host is super nice and communicative. The apartment is perfect for a short stay for two people. It was very clean, spacious, and cozy.

The owner was very helpful and friendly and gave us a voucher for a breakfast (cappuccino and croissant) as a gift. Perfect city location within a walking distance from most of the historical sightseeing, close to bars, and restaurants. Overall, it is a great place to start exploring the wonderful city of Napoli. Accommodation was amazing, we had really nice stay. The staff was very polite, he provided us all needed informations. Everything was clean and tidy. The location of the accommodation is in the centre. I would totally recommend it.

Location excellent with no car. We had a car. There were not clear instructions about the difficulty of finding a park and to be careful about ending in a tight lane. We tried to unload our luggage but the police moved us on and made us panic,said we would be fined . We were not aware of the ZTL parking rules.

The location couldn’t be any better. It was quite spacious for 2 people.

We stayed for 4 nights and the apartment wasn’t cleaned even once. We asked for a kettle and they said they didn’t have one!

Piano Nobile has an excellent location. It is a walking distance from most of the historical sightseeings and it is very close to the harbour which came very useful for our day trip to Ischia. There are cafes, restaurants and a supermarket on the same street and overall it is an area with a very relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very cozy and spotless clean. I expected it to be noisy with all the bars on the street but in fact it wasn’t at all as the rooms turned out to have good noise isolation. Our host Naiser was really great and helped us a lot with arranging transportation and everything as we had a very early flight. Definitely a great value for money and a place i would return to.

Appartment was great. It is clean, quiet and bigger than in pictures looks like. Location is Perfect; easy to walk all around of city. Owner and cleaner woman were very helpful and friendly. Neighborhood is busy but still clean and safe. I could easily come back to this apparment.
