Everything is great, good location. In the very center of the city, close to the train station. Also, all historical sites are easily accessible. I recommend it.

The shower needs repair, the shower head does not stay in the desired position. But here's a little thing.

Perfectly located in the historic center, one step away from everything. Cozy room with a very comfortable double bed. The house keeps what is necessary to live comfortably, a full kitchen where you can cook, TV, wifi, air conditioning and heating. Excellent treatment for part of the owner, attentive to when I arrived and always ready to help and recommend the best places to visit in Naples that for sure have improved my experience in the city. I give them a 10 !!

Location, location, location. You are really in the center of Napoli urban life. It is easy to reach most of the Napoli gems. The host is very helpful and reachable but you will not see him, or her, in person.

Let's start from the beginning: ***Finding the building*** Well I made preparation and from the one of balcony pictures I was able to pinpoint the building. Otherwise I think we will be in trouble and we have arrived late around 11pm and there is no sign at all. ***Entrance*** Next big step is to find a key. It's a sort of Escape Room experience. And after you get the key comes the hardest part, unlocking the entry gate lock. Lock is flaky at best and it is trial and error thing. I suppose after couple of weeks you can unlock it on firs try. ***The Apartment*** Well this was a challenge. After first accommodation you will learn to realize this is a Hostel type accommodation. It is not a shared lounge, big understatement, but you share everything except your room and internal bathroom. In fact this was one three room apartment and each room is sold as a apartment on Booking. It is not so bad but it should be advertised as a hostel type accommodation. Exclusively our part of apartment was one room around 15m2 with 5 beds and one extremely small bathroom. This is small even compared to hotel standards for twin room. ***The bathroom*** Extremely small to the point shower is almost unusable. Desperately needs repairs and upgrades. ***Conclusion*** If you advertise it correctly, with mattress and bathroom substantial upgrade it could pass for a good accommodation. And please put the sign on the building.

The place in the old city is excellent.

The street is very noisy and it can be well heard especially through the bathroom. Suggestion to wash the bathroom carpets.

The only bright spot of this experience was the area. It is truly beautiful, with a long tourist street filled with temples and an amazing atmosphere. The vibe and food along the street are really superb, and I highly recommend visiting this area.

The bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable, with a cheap foam mattress that offered no back support. Sleep was far from restful. The shower was impossible to turn on without getting soaked, and there was a constant unpleasant smell of chlorine and mold from the toilet, making it unbearable to use. Additionally, the noise from the plumbing when using the toilet sounded like a jet taking off. The bed linens caused severe itching, and the walls and ceiling were covered in dirt and various stains. During the day, the room was stifling because it was constantly filled with the smell of fried grease from the street food stalls outside. The air conditioner, instead of cooling the air, reeked of mold. The refrigerator didn't work; it made noise but didn’t cool, and after two days of trying to chill drinks, I realized it was useless. The bedside shelves were broken, adding to the inconvenience. Security at the hotel was nonexistent. The keys were made in such a way that any neighbor could easily copy them and gain access to your room. The soundproofing was non-existent: you could hear everyone and everyone could hear you, including the noise from the street. The service was unsatisfactory. The hotel owner responded to messages with a huge delay, about 10 hours, often replying at night. If you have a problem, be prepared to wait half a day until midnight for a response. Breakfast was simply terrible. Water and cheap chemical snacks with crackers were far from what you would expect in the morning. There was no proper meal. You won't be able to sleep before 1 a.m. due to the street noise, regardless of whether your window is closed or not. The overall impression of the stay was a complete disappointment. None of the advertised services matched reality, except for the number of beds. While the price wasn't high, it was nowhere near justified by the quality. If I had known what awaited me, I would have looked for other options.

i was contacted to cancel my booking at very last minute!! if the partner want to cancel they should have contacted bookingcom but no english, no sign of the airbnb on street or bell!
