A very very large spacious room which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well. Very nice breakfast beautifully set out. Valeria was very helpful with all our questions. She organised pickups to and from the airport for us which made it stress free. We also loved the city tour including the views of the bay of Naples that she organised for a very reasonable price. If you want to be in the heart of the historic town this was an excellent location. Easy walking distance to the Duomo etc. No elevator but they helped us up and down with our luggage. We enjoyed our stay. 😀

We would have liked more hooks for towels in the bathroom. Lovely bathroom though.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very large, comfortable, and clean. I only stayed one night, but I will be back. They also let me bring my little dog, and treated her to some prosciutto cotto for breakfast. 😊 Highly recommend!

I didn't really have any issues. The thing that might bother people, if they're not used to it, is that there's no elevator. The B&B main area is on the third floor, so if you have mobility issues or extremely heavy suitcases, it will be a challenge. If you are fine with that, you must stay. It's a brilliant place with great people!

Valaria the host was very helpful and kind once we got to meet her in person. There is a small balcony which looks down into the street which is nice and we appreciated having air conditioning as it was quite hot during our stay. The room is very spacious and elegant and located around the corner from significant sites and a beautiful historic square with an obelesque. The fact that a major Caravaggio painting is housed just around the corner, was a key draw card for staying there. The institution and museum attached to it is really interesting and is literally a minute away. Also having breakfast with a small number of other guests within the B&B was good. You can easily stroll up the street and eat out at some of the older pizza houses that are close by and it seems quite safe and caters to tourists.

There was from my point of view a bit of confusion around arrival times and getting keys but it was partly our fault as we changed the times. You need to be aware that there is no lift to go up a 3 storey walk up but our host carried my bag which was appreciated. The breakfast was good it would have been nice to have fruit but that is my preference.

Great value for money and in a superb location, close to loads of fab restaurants and bars. We had the suite and it was really quiet at night. Quirky decor and immaculately clean. Valeria couldn’t do enough for us - a fantastic host.

Not a complaint - more for awareness: if you have large suitcases (as we did!) the final flight to the suite is a wee bit of a challenge. It’s a spiral staircase, not great for large cases. Best to pack light!!

The building is in a great location, with easy access to many sites and transit stations. The room is large and comfortable. Valeria, the host, was super friendly and accommodating.

Being on a bustling street meant there was a lot of noise basically all the time. During the day this was great and made me feel connected to the city. But at night it made for challenging sleep. Ear plugs were a simple remedy though.

Location was excellent, being in the historical centre of Naples. The room was large with a very comfortable bed and had a small balcony overlooking the Via Tribunali which was great for soaking in the atmosphere. The lady who sorted out check in/check out/did the breakfast was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Much as I enjoyed staying here - there were quite a lot of steps up to the B&B in the building so not the best location for accessibility. Being situated in right in the busy historical/tourist part of the city it was quite noisy at night. Not an issue for me but might be worth bringing some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. We were a little hesitant about the location when we first arrived but quickly loved the fact that it was within walking distance of most attractions as well as the train station. The host was absolutely lovely and really accommodating. She even went out of her way to help with the cold I had developed, offering home remedies such as honey and looking for medication such as a decongestant. She was also able to advise on travel aspects and general information about the area. Our room was tidied everyday (the overall cleanliness was fabulous) and breakfast was really tasty with a nice variety - pastries, cereal, tea, juice normally accompanied with something hot such as a toastie or omelette. We would definitely stay again if visiting in the future.

Great location in the historical center of Napoli. Nice breakfast with sweet and salty things (eggs, warm sandwich, croissant, jam...). Valeria could give us some recommendations about what to see in the city.

No noise insulation between rooms, our bedroom was adjacent to the other room's toilet and we could hear everything (shower, flushing, people talking) even also when they were in their room as well.

Excellent location on a quaint napoli street. Within walking distance of cafes. Restaurants and shops. Host was amazing, I received a message every day to see if I required anything. Also only a twenty minute taxi ride to the airport.

Great location in the heart of the historical area. Anyone visiting Napoli should first watch Searching for Italy: Stanley Tucci in Naples and the Amalfi Coast. This will get you in the right frame of mind for Napoli and will help you appreciate this location. Bright & spacious B&B. Be sure to have earplugs because, like I said, you are in the heart of it. But with earplugs you will be fine. Embrace the city!

Pillows are important to me. It was great they provided 2 thicknesses of pillows but all were very lumpy. Not sure if that's a Napoli thing.
