I had a wonderful stay at Musto in Naples with my daugther! The location is incredibly central – perfect for exploring the city itself as well as taking trips to nearby sights like Pompeii or Ischia. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. What really made the stay special was Andrea – he is an exceptionally polite and genuinely kind host, always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really tell he cares about his guests. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting such a beautiful and vibrant city. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in the Napoli city center. Everything you need is within walking distance, and lot of restaurants and caffes are in the vicinity. Apartment has a cozy little kitchen with all the amenities you need, which is very helpful when you are travelling with a small baby, like we did. Breakfast is also decent, a selection of fresh pastries and they will also make a coffee for you. Although the entrance to the apartment is on the vibrant street, the room is facing to the backyard so you will not get all the noise. Andrea was very helpful host, he was available all the time on the mobile if you need anything to ask, and he was responding fast to the messages. All other staff were also very kind and polite, we really had a pleasant stay here.

Sound isolation between our and other apartments is not so great. When somebody slams the door of room next to you or the apartment entrance door, it is making a huge noise and the mirror in the room is shaking and slamming into the wall. If you have plenty luggage with you, prepare for a nice workout. Although apartment is on the first floor, there are lot of stairs to beat. :D

Very central. Exceptionally clean. The owner was available for sightseeing advice and responded quickly to text messages. He’s a very hands on young man who is eager to make a good name for himself, so nothing is too much trouble. Ideal location in the centre of the old city. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is pleasant. Someone pops in every day and bakes fresh croissants in the oven in the kitchen. We traveled with a 5 year old and a 7 year old and they were quite at home. The hotel consists of the first floor of a building ( no lift access ) and has about 5 rooms. No problem with noise. Good internet reception. All in all I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to others.

Our TV didn’t get a proper reception. Not really worth mentioning as we were out and about all day and were too tired to bother with a TV anyway.

Andrea is the most amazing host ever. We missed our flight and landed in Naples later than expected. Andrea was a phone call away at all times and helped us get into the building. He sent us the link ahead of time, which made it easier to get into the building once we arrived. The room is very close to various restaurants around Naples. Andrea sent us several recommendations to help narrow down our search. We also had a beautiful small balcony which opened up to the city. Although our stay was very short, Andrea truly helped us feel comfortable.

Breakfasts were adequate. Location was excellent for walking around old city of Naples.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the accomodations were a B&B, not a hotel ... this was not clear when we made the booking (not the fault of the propietor, but of Bookings.com). As well, access to the place required a password which we had not received since we did not have internet access at the time. If it had not been for the kindness of another resident of the building, we might still be standing in the street! Bookings.com needs to make it clearer to customers that they will need internet access to avoid such a situation.

The property was in a super location and was very clean . There is a communal kitchen which was tended by a lady when we took breakfast . The kitchen was super clean and the breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants , Sfogliatelle and amazing coffee . The frog coffee machine was so incredible I’m ordering myself one as soon as I get back to UK . Only gripe was that we could have gotten better information once we arrived with a digital check in . Once in the building there was no guidance onto what level our apt was sited or the room number - this was solved with a done call to Andrea who was amazing

Modern apartment in best position,100 m from Doumo Napoli,very close to via Scapanolli and Via Tribunale. Metro Duomo linea 1 station is 5 min walking. The best internet speed from all location in Italy.! The check in access to apartment late in the evening at any time was very usefull for us because we don’t now the exact time of arrival,our ferry was cancelled. Andrea help us with everyting ,included printed bording pass for our plane ,flat taxi rate, by also a new scale to check our lugagge weight. Great job Andrea!

Location was amazing, felt very safe. Host was awesome, extremely helpful. We had a glitch due to roaming difficulty with my phone which made for a problem accessing the property. This was promptly resolved by host and his associate. Wonderful information provided and organised taxi to airport. Fabulous breakfast choices and Decaf coffee and Gluten free products were provided as requested. Hot freshly bake croissants and pastries were a treat. Coffee amazing. Great restaurants close by.

Great location to visit Naples historic centre with a choice of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Andrea is a really welcoming and helpful host who looks after his guests very well. There is modern, very secure access technology which makes it easy to come and go (but it's important to get the access details before arrival!).

We had a slight glitch with access before Andrea provided the necessary info. Guests need to be able to carry luggage up stairs as there is no lift as mentioned in the property description.

Andrea was an excellent host, providing a lovely breakfast with croissants just out of the oven. He was available every morning to answer questions and provide guidance.

We found the accommodation easily but unfortunately Andrea hadn’t provided the access details so we couldn’t get in. He responded quickly after I contacted him on WhatsApp and the problem was solved.
