check in method; the fact that I got hacked messages from someone pretending that it was this B&B; I don’t like how do you open the room door, there is a video but still I would never turn cylinder, i was turning door knob and it was not opening. I don’t like that there was no duvet cover, this is definitely not hygienic.

Very nice hotel. Located very central, quite clean, stylish and cosy. Easy key system via internet.

It is a bit noisy as it is located close to the street. So-called balcony is not a real balcony, and can not be properly used. Luggage storage is located about 15 min by foot in the opposite direction from the train station (but very close to the stop of the bus to the airport). Quite dirty surrounding (but this is normal in Neapol).

Our room was bright, clean, newly decorated and comfortable. We had two sets of French windows opening to views of the old town. The staff were very helpful on WhatsApp, and the housekeeper too. The location was fabulous for the old town, and also for getting around the city. There was ample space to store our bicycles too.

I didn’t like being reliant on my phone for accessing the building and the room, because the wifi signal wasn’t good. There was no breakfast provided, though there were good local cafes and grocery stores.

Was a little worried by street pictures but felt safe once we got there. Easy walk to the train station, tour start, and historic areas. Neat and clean. Near Spuzzuliamm restaurant, which had excellent pizza.

The only issue was that the shower didn't drain well, but I'm sure that will be fixed for the next guest as it seems well ran.

Beautiful apartment in the central location, very close to the famous L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, in a tipical napoletean street. There is a self check in to the apartment and we didn’t have any contact with the host. Room was very clean with a huge bathroom. Very good option for exploring the Naples.

Staff were excellent, great location, great size room and super comfortable bed

It was a little tricky to get into the hotel as it was automated entry using a link on your phone and so if you didn’t have battery/ internet you couldn’t get in and the reception isn’t manned. We later found out there was a key but that wasn’t clear and so we didn’t ever use it. I feel this could have been made simpler using a normal key/ card system.

The room was ok and we were welcomed very friendly. The owner just changed and so the new owner contacted me one day before the trip and sent me all infos.

the offer was with breakfast and on the pictures you see a nice breakfast with coffee and fresh cornetto. We had a lunchbox with rusk and some other packaged stuff. the bathroom was ok, but the running water was a bit difficult to use. you just could have hot water because when you turned it to cold the water pressure wasnt enough, so there was no water.

Very close to main piazza and very clean! Although initial check in instructions seemed complicated they were actually very easy & it meant we didn’t have to worry about keys etc! Very nice accommodation in all!

Very spacious and comfortable room.

I expected to feel a bit safer in the location. And the safe wasn’t working, sometimes problems with AC. That you have to go to a different building in different part of the city to leave your luggage also to pay for it.

Everything is going well the bed is comfortable, heating for the room and water was perfect. Also there is an additional space outside the room fully equipped kitchen with free espresso machine. The location is closed to Michelle pizza (the most popular in napoli)
