This is a great apartment if you want to live in the historic center of Naples. There is everything you need to stay, very polite and decent staff, everything was told and explained before check-in. Of the cons, there were 5 of us and not all had bed linen, covered with a blanket. But in general everything was fine, I ADVISE YOU TO STAY.

The B&B is very centrally located, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner. Miriam was very helpful, she helped us to get a taxi last minute, and was accommodating with us using the bathroom and facilities after check out time. The room was also very clean, which we really appreciated!

The main bed had a sort of worn mattress, quite soft and with a depression at the center. Nothing too bad for a one night stay though.

The hostel is around 10 minutes walk from the main train station (where you can also catch a shuttle to the airport). There was a shared kitchen area with tea, coffee and a fridge. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the shared area after checking out which was helpful.

The upstairs bed was through an extremely narrow and difficult to climb staircase. You certainly cant take luggage on it. The toilet leaked a bit. The elevator can only be used if you put in 10 cents in. Not such an issue but minor inconveniences.

Location good. Grocery shop just behind the corner. Rooms nice and clean. Everything was as we hoped. We would choose the place again.

We did not stay long, didn't need to cook a meal in shared kitchen. However it had limited kitchen equipment in case you would like to cook for yourself. But free coffee and tea.

Clean, modern and excellent condition. Staff very helpful, though initial instruction in comms could be improved. Nice secure courtyard away from street was great (and much needed).

Property was great, Naples however is very dirty and we found that walking from train station to accommodation at night we did not feel safe ( also so much filthy rubbish to pass). This however is all over Naples from what we saw, so nothing against the accommodation we stayed at which was very safe.

The aircon in the bed room was really welcome at a time when it was really warm outside. There was plenty of room for a dad and his two sons. They loved the steep stairs that you needed to get from the living room to the bed room, I wasn’t as much a fan. Having access to the kitchen facilities was good. It was really quiet.

Good location fairly close to the train station. Well equipped shared kitchen with others using the location. Hosts were fabulous and easy to work with. Bathroom and facilities were great.

Be aware that for the family room the upstairs is a very small tight spiral staircase. Was not a big issue but maybe for others with mobility issues.

We just booked a room on a short notice for a decent price. What we got was a warm welcome, a large room with airco and a view on a traditional courtyard with laundry hanging outside! In the classic city centre it's really noisy, but inside it was super quiet. Note: lovely restaurants everywhere and the best rated pizza place is around the corner. We loved it!

In the morning when all of Napels showers, the water pressure is pretty low, take a shower in the evening.

I liked everything. The location is perfect, is 10 min walk from the central train station and close to the center, and most importantly you have the best pizzerias around. The apartment is very cozy, clean and it gives a feel of home. The building itself makes you feel like you are one of the locals. Sergio, the host is a very cool guy. He welcomed us with water and a cup of coffee. Gave us recommendations for bars and pizzerias and even took our luggage to the apartment. At the end of our stay they let us leave our luggage at the place so we can walk in the city. If you have a chance to visit Napoli, this is the place to stay in. We were so lucky that we booked this place. Next time I go back to Napoli, this is the place I will stay at.

Everything was perfect

Casa Historical Center is a great, family run business and it really shines through! Sergio is fantastic and went above and beyond to help my girlfriend and I with our first trip to Naples, Italy. Sergio can offer pick-up from the airport and this is a great option, he was there waiting for us upon landing and we were away from the airport and at his premises within a matter of minutes. If you've ever been to Naples you'll know the airport can be manic and having this pre-booked with Sergio took that stress away! You couldn't ask for anything more in the room, it's clean, comfortable has all the facilities and amenities you could need and is in a lovely quite area away from road noise which all added up to a great night sleep and feeling fresh in the morning. For breakfast you receive a little card for a local establishment called Bar Dello Sport that when shown allows you an inclusive breakfast. Only a few steps away from Casa Historical Center, we were met by the friendly owner who was very welcoming and immediately served us a lovely pastry and a cappuccino freddo which set us up for our first day in Naples. For us, you couldn't ask for anything more. If you're visiting Naples and are looking for a friendly, great value for money, clean and comfortable establishment this is definitely worthy of consideration.
