Check-in was all communicated through messaging on What’s App which was relatively easy. Great location within the centre and 10 mins from train station. The apartment is in a huge building on the third floor with good security and does have a lift also. Never saw staff but they were very accommodating. Good value.

Very clean close to a lot of things Even though it was so crowded it was very (quiet )and safe especially for me traveling alone with my teenage girls

It was very small apartment (just a room )and actually didn’t offer much apart from a sleep but then again I didn’t really needed it because I was out most of the time

The room was clean and tidy. It's located next to historic center. Only a few minutes walk. Opposite of the apartment you can find the most old antica pizzeria with amazing pizzas. Excellent communication with the host.

The room was very central. Breakfast was just around the corner but delicious and easy. The room was clean and the balcony and aircon were perfect.

The water didn't run hot for very long, and the wifi was a bit off and on, but everything else was perfect.

The location was excellent. The terrace was a wonderful bonus. The bathroom was extremely spacious.

The apartment is on a busy main street, so it can be a little noisy, but it’s not a problem.

Very cosy and clean. Friendly welcome from hosts- good to let them know what time you are arriving so they can be there to greet you and let you in. Close to the train station!

The location is perfect. Close to the train station and the subway. The room was very clean and the staff very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect

It is very well located, easy access to the historical center, metro, to the port and to the rail station. The apartment was clean, nice staff, they change towels every 3 days. Just across the Umberto I Boulevard there is a winery shop where you can buy good wine, have nice fresh sandwiches and taste cheese platter with various kinds of salami. Building was recently renovated, elevator inside. Various shops, restaurants, coffee shops around.

Be careful with the consumption of hot water! the heating central of the condominium has a boiler and does not always cope with the consumption of guests!

The location was really great close to everything from the airport to the city center. The receptionists were really helpful and helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport and we could leave or luggage after check out at the lobby. The rooms are not noisy even though it is lot of traffic below and restaurants we could sleep super well. There are many nice places close the gelato at Mennella is amazing, Michele of course is great for pizza, but d'Angelo below the stay is amazing too!! So plenty of good choices, metro and train station is also within walking distance!

Go early to grab your breakfast on the corner (at the evening that is the bar with selling Aperol until you wait at Michele! :D ) because if you a bit later you might end up with few or no choice. There is only one key so if you are more you need to add your plans together.

Everything was clean, confutable bed, the lady was super nice helping us to get to the hotel there was coffees on the entrance, the room has coffee and tea as well, confutable bed, big bathroom. Napole is the best 💋❤️
