The place is the best and everything charming. Just one suggestion. Maybe one day no longer to use the small plastic one time use shampoos and lotion but perhaps consider having one bigger Bottle of shampoo at the shower that can be refilled again and again and again. Grazie!

We were warmly welcomed by Valentina and Dario in their beautiful B&B which is very centrally located in the historic center of Naples. The delicious breakfast (largely homemade) can be served on their beautyfull terrace when the weather is nice. If desired, you can also use this terrace at other times. Valentina is happy to think with you about options to visit in and around the city. Because of this we have seen/done things that we didn't know existed. We really wanted to do a wine tour in the area of ​​Vesuvius, Valentina sorted this out for us, making it a successful visit. She can be easily reached via WhatsApp during the stay. In short, they were wonderful days and we definitely recommend this location for a visit!

Valentina and Dario were the perfect hosts. Friendly, helpful, and wonderful cooks. It is worth a trip to Napoli for Dario's omlettes!

Amazing! Amazing! The location was perfect for us! Close to all public transit and walkable to heart of Naples. Hosts are the best ever! Valentina is always available to help you get the most out of her hometown. And absolutely THE best savory breakfast in Italy - every morning, included! It's a charming old building on a bustling city street. We had an oasis of calm privacy in our en suite room. Some rooms have a shared bath, and I would not hesitate to book those in the future. The funky, old-fashioned elevator is fun to use! Probably not a good choice for those who frequently need access to a nearby car or those with mobility challenges.

Great location just on the edge of the mad side of Naples! Only a 5 mins walk away let us sleep in relative calm. Also realy close to the Porta Nolana railway terminus which allows you to board a near empty train for Pompeii and Herculaneum one stop before the hoards board at Garibaldi. Large room with internal shutters that kept out road noise at night. Had sole use of shower and toilet across the corridor with our room which was no issue. Others I think are en suite but our room bigger. Fantastic hostess in Valentina. Great English and tips about Naples. Superb breakfast on a really quaint and secluded 5th floor sun soaked terrace overlooked by historic church. Don't worry there is a lift up to flat. Top tip, use their airport pickup option. Great communication beforehand with Valentina but you will struggle to find flat entrance on first trip.

I loved absolutely everything and I cannot express how grateful I am to the owners Valentina and Dario. They were absolutely amazing and went well and beyond to ensure I had the most wonderful stay possible. Dario so kindly picked me up at the airport and waited when my baggage was delayed. Valentina helped me to problem solve when my luggage didn’t turn up. She went out of her way to help me by contacting the airport, calling taxis for me, giving me tips and maps on iconic places to see. She is so kind, gracious and such a wonderful person! Together they make the best breakfast one could imagine, oh the omelettes and fresh tomatoes, prosciutto, cheese, croissants, coffee and homemade cake even, can you imagine. The juice was so delicious as well! My room was amazingly comfortable, spacious, quiet with a little view of the city lights and the moon & stars. They even have a beautiful terrace to relax during the day. I cannot thank you enough Valentina and Dario - I am indebted to you for your kindness and I will definitely be back if I ever return to Naples.

If you’re looking to stay in a ‘home away from home’ with locals from Napoli, look no further! Valentina and her husband Dario made us feel very welcome in Napoli, gave us great tips on what to do and eat in the city and answered all my wife’s questions about the city and Neapolitan culture. The breakfast was impressive with fresh meats and cheeses, a really good omelette and lots of freshly baked bread and pastries (and more!). The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the bed was perfect. We were on the lookout for a souvenir and discovered thanks to Valentina the real Italian Bialetti Moka Express. She showed us how to use it with Italian coffee (Passalacqua) and now we use it at home :-) We cannot recommend this B&B enough!

Great location about 15 mins walk from the train station and close to the Duomo metro underground station and on the edge of the old town. Fantastic attentive hosts, Valentina was very kind and personable and was a great help in recommending restaurants and sights to visit. She was always available on WhatsApp in case you needed any help with anything. The rooftop terrace was a nice oasis and drinks were available to be served. There is also a well stocked mini bar with great priced drinks, beer at €1.50, Coca Cola €1.50 and water at €1. The accommodation is on the 5th floor, but there is a lift or stairs which are actually cooler to walk down that the lift! The rooms are roomy and comfortable and have everything you need. Not plush, but a perfect base for exploring Naples. The breakfast was lovely and served on the terrace. Cold cuts and cheese and tomatoes, fresh bread, croissants, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit. Juice, tea and coffee and omelettes cooked to order. The property also offers extr services like a lift to the airport for €20, which isn’t bad as you are taken from the property to the departure terminal door to door and don’t have the stress of walking to the train station to catch then bus in the searing heat. I believe they offer an airport collection service for €25. All round a very positive experience and a fantastic property owner always on hand to make your stay perfect.

GLUTEN FREE BREAKFAST (if needed) included. The property is on the top floor, but has a lift (still a few steps). The roof top area is beautiful and utilised for breakfasts. It is attached to a 13th century church, so has an amazing outlook. The breakfasts were superb! Valentina is celiac and so was very accommodating for my numerous food allergies. Room was large with good bathroom. Valentina is a great host and was very helpful recommending what to do and how to get there. Could walk to lots of historical sites, even for me, as I am walking disabled. For others with a legal disability sticker, take it to Italy as all museums etc are free to the disabled and one extra (your carer). Highly recommend.

Great value for money. Close to the historic center of Naples—just a few minutes away. Breakfast feels like home: the host makes scrambled eggs, and there’s cheese, ham, fruits, croissants, yogurt, coffee, and juice. The room is spacious, tidy, and clean. The hostess is exceptionally friendly. You feel as if you’re visiting long-time friends. They are helpful, share a lot about the city, and provide recommendations about attractions—such hospitality is truly rare. If you enjoy B&B-style accommodations, feel free to choose this one!
