We had a wonderful stay thanks to the warm welcome from Marco and his colleagues. Following a rather dramatic experience as soon as arrived at the central station, when one of our mobile phones got stolen (careful with that area!) we managed to enjoy our 3-night stay in Napoli thanks to Emme21 being a great place, that changed our first impression of the city for the better. We felt safe and could recover from the initial shock. This way we were able to discover the true nature of Napoli, a city of contrasts, warm and hospitable people, beautiful church ceremonies, family atmosphere and amazing food. Walking distance to the Duomo, the old city area as well as the sea side promenade made it easy to explore without the need to take the tube, not even once. The breakfast was amazing, setting us up for the days ahead and the Prosecco complementary bottle for the NYE was a lovely surprise. Very pleasant room, big and comfy bed, decent en-suite bathroom, good A/C unit and a charming French balcony were highlights of the accommodation. Marco and Emme21, thanks again and arrivederci!

I had a wonderful stay at EMME21 Napoli. The owner, Giuseppe, is very nice and easy-going, always available if you need anything. The room was cleaned every day, everything worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent close to Duomo subway and within walking distance to Centrale station. There are many cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, and you can easily access everywhere by walking. Despite the central location, the area is very quiet at night, which made it easy to sleep, and it also felt very safe. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Naples!

Really lush room with modern bathroom and finishings - feels like a 5 star hotel room! Access was super secure and the elevator made things very easy! The walk from the train station was roughly 15mins on cobblestones, but once you get there the location is amazing close to lots of popular areas and near a metro. We found a great laundry mat just 6 mins walk away too. Other guests we ran into mentioned the food in their restaurant below was great, but we unfortunately didn't have a chance to try it. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The room was comfortable and all you need for a short stay. I worked during my stay and the internet was perfect. The bed was comfortable and king size which I prefer. The hallway can get a bit noisy in the morning but it’s tolerable. The service was impeccable and Guissepe made sure I have my breakfast, coffee, and everything that was needed during my stay. They were responsive and let me check out a bit later due to my work. Would recommend for a stay in Naples.

I would like to thank Giuseppe for the warm welcome, the guidance, and the great attention provided during my stay. The place itself is very good, with excellent cleanliness, everything very neat and exactly as shown in the pictures. The water works perfectly, the sheets were clean, and towels were provided in good condition. At first, the neighborhood may seem a bit quiet or solitary, but I never experienced any unsafe situation. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone considering staying here.

Great location, very central, and close to da Michele pizzeria! The host was wonderful, he was very kind, answered any questions we had, brought us breakfast each morning, and on the last day he held on to our bags and called us a taxi for an afternoon train. Great value for the price.

The shower was not very clean - there was some mold on one of the shower heads and a little on the wall too. They did clean our rooms each day which was nice, but they left the sheet hanging onto the ground, and also moved some of my partner’s items on the bedside table which we didn’t like.

The location is brilliant. Super close to metro station but also 20min walk if preferred. Marco was very helpful and super nice

The storage could have been better (e.g. more shelves or cupboards under the table perhaps) as was a bit tricky to unpack for two. The bed was a bit squeaky but that’s something understandable so not a huge fuss. Breakfast was great and Marco was very easy going, however, only option we have had was sweet rather than savoury, which again, is not an issues, just depends on everyone’s preference I guess.

The location is very central. A short walk from Garibaldi, local shops, grocery stores and historical landmarks including the most delicious pizza restaurant in Naples. The room was clean and organized. Anna made us a lovely breakfast every morning and was very helpful with any questions we had. Giuseppe was so helpful with holding our bags a couple hours after checkout and even gave us extra water for our trip! Truly a memorable experience!

There is nothing more we could have asked for.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, located close to the markets in the old city it is the perfect spot to be based to explore the city, it is also close by the train station. The manager Giovanni was so friendly and suggested we try the restaurant attached to the apartment, and the pasta was wonderful.

The breakfast provided was basic and the lady serving did not look like she wanted to be there.

We had an amazing stay, in a quiet location but still close to the main train station, lovely comfortable bed, friendly staff and breakfast in bed was a great treat. If we are back in Naples we would definitely stay here again.

We would have given a 10 but we mentioned about a nut allergy when we arrived but was given Nutella on the breakfast. Maybe a miscommunication and did have other things to be able to eat instead so not the end of the world. Otherwise a perfect stay.
