The host provided me with a better room than I paid for - it was unexpectedly very pleasant. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location was very convenient: the main train station was close, the famous pizzeria was just around the corner, shops, everything you may need was just in a few steps away. The air conditioner worked very well. Nicely smelling soap in the bathroom, I liked it very much. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough to have a good rest after exploring the ancient and beautiful city.

Sometimes warm water disappeared in the shower-( it would be good to fix it for the next guests.

We stayed at Narte Rooms with my daughter during her spring break, and it was exactly what we needed. Antonio is the best host ever! He made sure to check in every day to ensure we had what we needed. The location is ideal—close to everything and it's within walking distance from the train station, which was perfect for us. We especially loved the balcony; and the view. It's is right in the heart of all the hustle and bustle. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had such a lovely stay and would definitely book again. We loved having access to Netflix! There is a kitchen outside your door which is a plus. Good WiFi. Daily cleaning service was great! Elevator was great Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and wants to be in the heart of all the action! You are in for a treat with Antonio as your host!

Antionio is extremely responsive and accommodating. He gave fantastic recommendations for the city (restaurants, bars, etc) and was available basically 24/7 for any needs or questions. The room was clean with a beautiful balcony overlooking the Main Street. Room gets tidied daily. Great value for the money and in a good location close to Duomo metro stop, Napoli Centrale, Centro Storico- and easy to access the rest of Napoli

You are in a suite of four rooms with a shared front door and central kitchenette. Not bad just FYI! Never even ran into other visitors.

We chose this city centre location specifically to minimise travelling time and to maximise sightseeing time. The location exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to the property using public transport, the metro bus and trains were all very accessible and many places were well within walking distance too! The good quality windows do a good job in filtering the street noise. The real star of the stay was Antonio. He kept messaging to ensure we were fine and if we needed something, etc. A special thanks to the friendly housekeeper and her little helper too!

We opted to stay at Narte Rooms after reading many favourable reviews, and we weren't disappointed. In fact, the place exceeded our expectations. As many have stated here, the B&B is excellently located- a mere 8 minutes away from the central station. Check-in was seamless, and the accommodation offered was of a very high standard- we loved our immaculate, spacious king room. Antonio was an exceptional host, providing recommendations, booking taxis, and basically catering to our every need throughout our short stay. An absolute gem. Thank you Narte rooms! 😀

I appreciated the convenient location and the kind host. My room felt inviting and had fantastic city views. The powerful AC was terrific to have during the hot days I was there.

I only had issues with several minor details in my room. The bathroom felt somewhat dimly lit, and the bedside light fixtures hung relatively low and emitted blinding white lights. I was going to use the kettle but found build-up inside.

Host was really friendly and always very helpful. The location was great and within walking distance to central station, metro, old town, stores, cafes and restaurants. The room was a good size and had everything I needed even a great view of Mount Vesuvius. The bed was comfortable, shower was great, and I was also happy about the small kitchenette with the fridge in the anteroom. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

The accommodations were exactly what I needed as a solo traveler and very well situated. A short walk from the train station made getting there a breeze and about a 20 min walk to the port or shopping areas. Very walkable to the Duomo and other points of interest. Also located right across from the famed L’Antica Pizzeria da Michelle (be prepared for long waits). The host was super communicative before my stay as well as the entire time I was in Naples. In addition to making sure I was ok, he offered tips and suggestions and was a useful resource. Highly recommend!

You could hear the street sounds, which may be a problem for some, but with ear plugs, I couldn’t hear a thing.

We were arriving late night to Naples, and I was concerned. The host was very gracious. I was given the code to the gate and apartment with clear instructions (and photos!)and it went perfectly!!! He told us to get a firm price in euros ahead of time for the taxi from the airport, which we did. It’s modern and smack in the city center, close to the train station. It was safe and we strolled through the markets the following morning- all within the walking distance before catching the train, and getting a SIM card. When I wrote the host, I received an immediate reply. There was coffee. Very clean!!! You have good views out the large windows.
