Location is good - walkable distance from metro, railway station, good pizzerias/restaurants nearby. The room is clean, has 2 big double beds (+ a small additional bed if needed), which are separated from each other with a long table zone. In addition, the small kitchen area with all the necessary accessories is available, with a big fridge. Air conditioning is working fine. The room has a Smart TV and good WiFi. Personal is very friendly and polite, they answer all your questions and try to help if needed. Automated laundry service (laundromat) is available just 50 meters up the street.

Cost and quiet hotel in the heart of Naples old town. The hotel was well located and clean with friendly staff. We had a great stay here as a family of four adults. The staff were amazing. Really helpful, friendly and kind. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is a hidden gem with clean, air conditioned rooms, tv, mini fridge and private bathrooms. Linens and towels changed every day and the water pressure was great. We could not fault our stay in this wonderful little hotel.

Lovely place in a convenient location, walking distance to the station and historical centre. We stayed for only one night in a triple room which was generous in size, clean and had everything we needed. Some of the previous comments suggested it might be loud in the night but we found it quite peaceful and pleasant. Breakfast was very nice and served on the top floor where there is a lovely terrace - ideal for warm summer days! Receptionist was also very kind and gave us a safe key when we asked for. All in all a lovely 1 day/night stay in Naples!

The location was really good. The room was spacious, clean and light.

Staff did not speak English well. Lack of parking place though it was communicated there is such. No kitchenware, missing kettle while it was advertised it is available. No blanket for the second bed; it was difficult to get it as communication with the staff was hard to do due to English language constraints.

The property was very clean and in a central location. Very good value for money.

There were a few issues the first night, the electricity went off and we were unable to find anyone to help. The issue was quickly resolved the next morning and there were no other issues. Remember to ask for a safe key when checking in as they were not automatically given.

It was clean and very comfortable to sleep. We did not have hot water, but it was fixed asap. Near the train station and overall a great location. Do recommend.

Maybe it could be great to have water bottles in the room.

Location, proximity to two train stations, and breakfast was great. Nice big clean room. Everything was great. The one exception was the hot water quickly turned scalding at times and then cold.

Nice hotel almost in historical center but still close to railway station and shopping streets. Rooms have small balconies (not to seat but at least to overviews neighbor streets, safe, table with chair so if you need to work - it is OK. Wi-fi was perfect. In the room you also have electric kettle, so you could have tea whenever you want. Breakfast was nice, served at small cafe located at last floor, with small terrace.

There was a private party one evening in that small cafe, music was quite loud, however at 23-30 everything was finished and moreover the hotel management was so nice to propose some complements to compensate it.
