The room was really clean, and the location was excellent. It was close to the main train station and just two metro stations away from the city center. The stay was quiet and pleasant, with all the necessary amenities provided. The bathroom was really nice. We appreciated the automated check-in process, which was smooth and efficient, and we received all the necessary information in detail. After checking out we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and pick them up later. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Although we didn't always have hot water, it wasn't much of an issue since we were there in July when it was quite warm outside.

The room has a great size, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was recently refurbished (it's looking great). The check-in process was fairly easy, the instructions for the access of rhe property as well. We had sime breakfast vouchers to be used in a cafe nearby, it includes a beverage option and a corneto (which is a sweet croissant), it was very tasty, but if you are a person who prefers something savoury or even healthy for the breakfast, it will not be the best option for you.

Even that the room has two double glazed windows, it is still fairly noisy (but didn't stop us from sleeping after a day around the city). Overall it's well clean, except for the floor, which could be improved. On the room description said that there was a kettle in the room (which we needed to make the baby bottle in the middleof the night), but there isn't, it is in the common area and it definitely needs a descaling.

The room was excellent and the location very convinient (5 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the bus that takes you to the airport). I also booked a day trip to the Amalfi coast with the B&B and a trip to Versuvius (I had arranged all this prior to arrival via whas up and it was fab. The driver took us everywhere and waited for us and we were so comfortable in the car and it was simply excellent, thank you so much.

Because the appartment is in a busy square, it was a bit noisy but this is Naples!

The room was very large, clean, and contemporary style. The location was close to the napoli central station. The self checkin was very easy and convenient. The breakfast was from a nearby coffee shop; It good enough one bread or pizza, coffee or juice, and cup of water.

Although the room is conveniently locationed near station and bus terminal, it is recommended that you don't go out at night because pickpocketing is frequent in the area.

Great accommodation, in the centre, five minutes walk from the main train station. Apartment in a historic house. Everything worked great and the arrangement with the owner was absolutely great. On our arrival he arrived within ten minutes and showed us around and explained everything helpfully. We stayed in a clean and fairly large room with a private bathroom with a window facing the next street, so we were not disturbed by the noise on the main street. Breakfast was in the cafe next door and we had a choice of excellent croissants and coffee. After checking out we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and pick them up later. We had a great time during our four days in Naples, and thanks to the excellent location of the B&B, we could easily walk everywhere. Great accommodation, we would love to return again. Stefano is a lovely and very friendly host.

Well, they could paint before next season, there were already a lot of smudges on the walls from previous guests. Otherwise everything was great and functional.

Property was very close to train station and a short walk from the touristic streets.it was up on a very busy street but noise was not a problem. To get the keys was not very hard, had to ring the bell of the property and they would let you in. The lady there was not speaking English, but the other person the next morning on the check out was. He was very friendly. Breakfast is not in the facility, but in a cafe few meters out. Had only a choice of a drink and sth small to eat, as a croissant or donut.

Toilet was not working properly. The water in the toilet was running the whole time.

AC( hot) needs some work/maintenance as it has its own psrsonality😂! Whoever I spoke to promised he'll have radiators installed in a near future. Anyways as far as the rest it is a great modern room in a great location!

Location near to station and very good pizzerias and even at night we didn’t feel unsafe.Very clean room and easy check in with codes given by property!

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Its location near the train station was incredibly convenient for our overnight stay before an early flight. Flawless communication, and the host replied promptly to all our enquiries.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the central train station and the subway lines, perfect for moving around easily.

The staff didn’t leave proper paper with all information and seemed a bit annoyed when asked for information.
