"Amazing stay – highly recommended!" Our stay at Suite CuoreNapoletano was truly wonderful! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What made our experience even better was Jeanette. She was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with everything related to our stay. She gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and things to do in the area. Jeanette was always available and made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.

This was a nice surprise. It’s in a very busy neighborhood of Napoli and there is a lot of traffic during the day but it was surprisingly a nice building to stay. It had a wonderful balcony to enjoy fresh air and once closed it was a quiet place to rest. The room was very clean and comfortable and I really appreciated the extra amenities it offered. Having the extra quilts was great. The ironing board was an added bonus for us too. The bathroom was a nice size and we liked the large closet space provided.

It’s not a negative but please keep in mind you’ll need to remember several codes to enter building and have a few coins handy if you need to use the elevator.

The staff were excellent, we were being difficult customers with them (lots of demands and requests) and they were calm, collective, and super polite and still stayed very helpful with us and for that i give them an 11/10. The suite itself was lovely, very clean and comfotable. We only had a short stay but it was perfect for us. It was only 5mins from the train station which made it easy for us upon arrival/departure and also easy for us to get to the bus station for pompei. The appartment because it was situated at the top end of town meant that it was great to do a big loop through the old tourist part of town, into the town center and then back to the appartment with a chance to experience all that naples had to offer in a big easy trip. The staff were great in offering adivce on what to see and where it was located from the appartment, and very helpful in offering suitable resturants near by.

Naples is crazy busy (xmas time) with motorbikes that seem to appear out of magic portals anywhere in the city so keep your eyes peeled.

Great location. In walking distance from the historic center and the train station. Clean, well maintained apartment. Despite being off the very busy Corso Umberto I, the apartment was very quiet. Airconditioning was great while outside temperatures got up to 33 degrees. Giovanni was a great contact person. He provided information beforehand and was always very quick in answering any questions we had.

A first world problem: the WiFi was a bit slow. The smart TV had a wired internet connection so Netflix, Prime, and Disney are not a problem. Watching other services on a wireless iPad was a bit of a challenge due to the relatively low WiFi speed.

Perfect location close to train station, city walking excursion, shopping and port. Really lovely and modern 2 bedroom family unit in an old building, block away from main street but quiet. Easy access, responsive manager who shares lots of good tips and suggestions + great coffee in entry lobby. Would stay again.

Not really an issue but need coins for elevator - provided in lobby on 2nd floor (considerate plus) unless finished

The property was clean and comfortable and fitted our need perfectly. It’s quite near the main train station. Many advise against staying too near the station area and I can see why but this was fine and we felt safe. It’s about 20 mins walk to Toledo and Chiaia areas which are nice areas to visit but once you get used to the metro it’s easy to travel anywhere. Would recommend.

Initial day entry it was little difficult to enter the property and a neighbour let us in the main door - after that it was perfect.

Nice and clean, close to the train station. A bit of trouble with the self-check in but once we got inside it was clean and all good

As others have experienced, the first door for self check-in doesn’t always work, had to call the hostess several times, in the end a nice old couple who live in the building let us in. Could hear some bar music on a Monday night but it stopped at midnight so was fine.

The hotel is very well located, we could walk to many places in max 20min. Bruno was very receptive and helpful, check-in was smooth and easy. He gave us several good recommendations of restaurants and instructions how to get to the main tourist attractions. Check out was also clear. We were able to store our luggage for free at reception after checkout. Beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless.

Everything was fine.

Our room was like the photos, very good location and easy to communicate with the staff.

Only minor thing was that the mini fridge in our room was not working properly, and there could be from time to time some sewage smell coming from the toilet, that went away after some water use.

We stay 3 nights it was very nice, nice location near the station and 10-15 minutes from the Centre. There is also a metro station near. The bed was very comfortable. And also Jeanette the Girl that she welcome us was very kind friendly and helpful and she answered all of my qustions. I reccomend it.
